"John, would you be my boyfriend?" Cecile asked
"WHAT?!"
John was stunned by the sudden question from Cecile
'What did she mean when she said boyfriend?' John thought
John didn't know that Cecile thought that way about him. He never expected this kind of feeling, especially after what he had done to her in the past.
Inevitably, old memories came to John's mind. The first time he thinks he's got a love confession. Of course that feeling was over when he got off the train.
John did not realize that Cecile was calling out to him while he was in his thoughts.
"Hey, John hey!" Cecile shouted
After Cecile's loud voice, John returned to reality and continued to listen to Cecile.
"John, I want you to act like my boyfriend." Cecile said
'Oh. That's what she meant.' John thought
"How so? Why do you want me to act like your boyfriend?" John asked
"Wait, let me explain everything." Cecile said and began to explain
"My father has always been asking if I have a boyfriend ever since I started high school. He kept asking this question until I reached my senior year. I lied that I was a lover to get rid of this question." Cecile explain
"But this time, the question of whether I have a boyfriend has been replaced by the question of who are you dating. My father and mother used to be Royals at their school. My father was the school's Jack and my mother was the school healer. So they wanted me to be dating a Royal at the school. I said I was dating King." Cecile continued to explain
"I told this lie before you became the Joker. One month ago, my father told me that he took a week off from his job for a month later, so they wanted to visit me. As you can imagine, they wanted to see my boyfriend while visiting me." Cecile continued to explain
"My parents have been in Wellston for a week and they will be back the next day. For a week, I told them that the King had a busy job at school so he went to his after-school home so he could not take time to visit him. But my father wanted to see my boyfriend before he left, at the latest tomorrow. He asked me to invite him to introduce him. If I don't bring someone to introduce tomorrow night at the latest, he might know I'm lying." Cecile finished her explanation.
"So you came to the King of the school and asked for this, so you don't lie to your father?" John asked
"Yes, just like that" Cecile replied
John thought after what Cecile said
'I did not expect this, but the situation has improved better than I expected. If she really asked me out, I didn't know what to say. Let's say I agreed to be her boyfriend even if it's not real, how am I going to explain this to Sera?' John thought
'Why is she asking me anyway?' John thought
"Cecile, why are you asking me that? You can ask Arlo, the King at that time." John asked
"NEVER!" Cecile replied
'She hates Arlo that much, huh. I guess there is nothing I can do. I still have to pay for what I have done in the past to Cecile.' John thought
'The real problem is Sera. She was jealous of Remi just because she knew I had been here for a week. What could she do when she heard about this fake dating?' John thought
'Then I will take care of this. Now is not the time.' John thought
"Well, Cecile, I accept your offer. I'll behave like your boyfriend. But don't tell anyone at school, okay?" John said
"Don't worry, I have no plans to tell anyone." Cecile said
"I already said they wanted to meet you tomorrow night. They rented a house here for a week, I'll send you the address of that house as a message." Cecile said
"Okay, then see you tomorrow." John said and leave press room
After leaving the press room, John decided to go up to the roof for some fresh air. When he enters the roof, the last person he wanted to see was sitting in front of him.
"Hey Sera, how nice to see you here!" John said by not acting like himself
Sera raised her eyebrows in surprise that she would understand this situation and asked John what had happened.
"John what's wrong? Come sit next to me and tell." Seraphina requested like ordering
John sat next to Seraphina and tried to act as if nothing had happened, but he failed.
"Now tell me John, what happened?" Seraphina asked
"Sera, after what I have to say, please don't be angry." John said
After these words, Seraphina's curiosity got more and more and after what John said, curiosity turned into anger
"Cecile wants me to act like her boyfriend" John said in a snap
"And you refused, didn't you? Sera asked to hear John refuse her.
"I accept" John closed his eyes tightly after what he said and accepted his fate.
"WHAT!? WHY!?" Seraphina asked, shouting
Then John also told Seraphina about everything Cecile told him.
"So you were suddenly willing to help people, John?" Seraphina asked sarcastically and angrily
"It's okay, I'll just pretend. You know I'm good at acting." John said
"John, I trust you." Seraphina said
"Actually, I was going to ask you for help. Although fake, I'm going to meet Cecile's family tomorrow and I don't know what to do." John said
"Can you come tomorrow night and help me get ready?" John asked
"Unfortunately I'm not available tomorrow night. Actually, my sister asked me to go with her for work in another city. This trip will take the whole weekend. So I'm sorry I won't be available tomorrow." Seraphina said
"Okay then I'll try to do something." John said
And these two kept talking about other topics

It was already tomorrow evening in the blink of an eye, and John was looking at the mirror in his home bathroom and wondering what to do.
He wore a suit to meet, sprayed perfume, and was planning to buy a bouquet on the way. But something seemed missing.
Suddenly his eye turned to the thing on the side of the sink.
'Long time no see, old friend' John thought
There was panic in the house Cecile's family rented. The source of this panic was none other than Cecile.
"Where is him? It's getting late. Cecile" Cecile's dad asked
"He'll be here soon, dad" Cecile replied
Immediately after Cecile answered, the door knocked and Cecile went excitedly to open the door.
As soon as Cecile opened the door, she saw John in a suit, flower in hand, and half-gelled hair.
