"Dad, tell me a story!"

John ran into a major hurdle while trying to put his son to sleep.

"Okay, but just a story. You'll be asleep right after that, promise?"

"Promise!"

John started telling stories for his son to sleep, a long and beautiful story.

"Once upon a time, a monster lived in an old town. The whole town was afraid of that monster to death." John began to tell the story

"One of the people, who can no longer stand this monster, came up with an ingenious idea. 'If we all attack this monster together, the monster will not stand a chance against us and we will get rid of it!' "

"Then? Did they get rid of the monster?" The boy asked excitedly

"Slow down, I'm telling the story here." John calmed his son

"Where was I? All the people attacked the monster together, but the monster was so strong that it defeated them all alone." John continued to tell the story

"ah..." John's son got sad

"But, people from other towns came to help stop this monster, and they succeeded!" John keep going

"YAY!" John's son went wild with joy

"They locked the monster in a cage and informed him every day how bad he was doing. After 3 months, they released the monster back to nature." John continued, meanwhile, his son was listening to him with great attention.

"The monster realized how bad it was. Meanwhile, his father had done everything he could to help him. The monster went to live in another town when he realized he wasn't the same anymore." John continued

"The day the monster settled in this town, he didn't tell anyone about his old self. That's why everyone saw him as a scapegoat and started attacking him. Despite this, the monster has managed to make friends." John continued

"One day, the monster's best friend was hurt by another monster. The monster couldn't stand it and forgot what it had been through and took on its old monster form again. Seeing this state of the monster, his friend was disappointed." John continued

"There was no way back for the Beast now, he felt that no one loved him, that no one expected anything from him anymore. Yet one woman never gave up on him, Queen!" John continued

"The Queen never gave up on him and tried to help him all the time, but the monster saw her as another monster too. One day, the monster's old friend confronted him to help him, and she succeeded. The monster was exiled from that town, and the beast he had done during that exile. thought of mistakes." John continued in a sad voice

"When the monster came back from exile, the first person he met was the Queen. He promised to help the Queen that day and did his best to keep his word. While helping the Queen, the monster learned that her friend had been harmed by the bad guys, and saved her from the bad guys, even if it meant never seeing her again." John continued

"The villains are defeated and his friend is spared. Only the Queen remains with the monster." John continued, wiping the tears from his eyes.

"The Monster and the Queen lived happily ever after." John finished his story

When John finished his story, he looked at his son and saw that he was already asleep. Then he slowly approached him and whispered something.

"I hope you don't become another monster." After whispering, John kissed his son's forehead and left the room.

After leaving the room, John saw Remi listening to them right by the door.

"I love that monster," Remi said

"I love that Queen too" John replied to Remi and kissed her on the forehead too
