Wellston - 18.03.20XX
Remi spent the whole night reading UnOrdinary. When the first light of morning hit the room, she read the last page of the book, closed the book and put it on the nightstand next to her. It was normal for her to act so casually because she didn't have roommates.
After finishing the book, she couldn't stop thinking about it.
'Did John give this book just to make me feel better or was there some other purpose behind it? One way or another, it's sad that the main character of the book dies at the end of the book.' Remi thought
After looking out the window in her room, Remi realized that it was morning. And at this point, she realized that there was no point in sleeping and started to prepare for school.
But before Remi got ready for school, she called Blyke on her phone to talk to Blyke. She missed him.
Although she waited, no one answered the phone.
'Maybe he's asleep' Remi thought and started getting ready for school.
Later in the day, John and Seraphina met again on the roof to eat their classic lunch. While they ate their food in silence for a while, Seraphina broke the silence.
"John, would you like to meet my sister?" Seraphina asked
At this question, the sandwich that John ate caught in his throat and he couldn't help coughing. Seraphina helped John with a pat on the back as he continued to cough. After coughing, John began to speak.
"Meeting your sister? Why?" John asked
"My older sister helped me regain my ability. So I thought you'd want to meet her." Seraphina replied
"Yes, your sister helped you regain your ability, but remember that she was the reason for your loss in the first place. Also, remember that her men attacked my house so I had to settle down in the dorm, I'm still mad at her about it. So no, I don't want to meet your sister for now." John bluffed
"Come on, don't hold such grudges. Besides, things happened unaware of her, it's not my sister's fault." Seraphina insisted
"Hmm, okay I agree, but on one condition he's going to apologize to me for attacking my house." John accepted
"When will we meet?" John asked
"I'll let you know." After Seraphina answered John's question, the duo continued their lunch.
After finishing their lunch and leaving the roof, John and Seraphina made their way to different classrooms. As Seraphina made her way to her classroom, she saw Arlo in front of her.
"What is it, Arlo? What do you want?" Seraphina asked
"I don't want anything, I was just curious about the situation with Spectre. Have they contacted you since then?"
"Only my sister called me over the weekend to be her assistant, nothing more." Arlo felt the need to ask another question at the last moment as Seraphina was about to enter the classroom after she had finished
"What about John? Does he know about this?" Arlo asked
"Yes, I told him a little while ago. And I want him to help me, if possible." Seraphina replied
"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Arlo asked
"Yes, I trust John." Seraphina replied
Maedi - 19.03.20XX
Remi and John had arrived in the town of Maedi, not far from Wellston, to meet with John's uncle.
The purpose of the meeting was whether or not Remi should join them after learning all about EMBER. On this subject, Mark had asked to speak to her in person and had invited these two over here.
Remi and John went to the café indicated at the address and sat down and waited for Mark. As the wait continued, John noticed that Remi was trembling.
Then he gently patted her on the back and tried to calm her down.
"You don't have to tremble so much, everything will be fine, don't worry." John said
"I don't know John, I hope things work out as you say. How is your uncle by the way?" Remi asked
"He is a very kind person, even if he looks tough on the outside. You'll understand once you meet him." John replied.
Then, seeing his uncle enter through the door of the café, John waved to him, and his uncle came over to the table where they were sitting.
But the point is, Mark was accompanied by someone else Remi knew.
"YOU?!" Remi got up from her seat, banging her hands on the table, and shouted.
While John and Mark couldn't understand Remi's behaviour, the person next to Mark spoke up.
"Long time no see, Remi" Valerie said
