Niall's POV

“Is that all?” (Y/N) called and asked me to buy her some tampons before I head home

“Yes, please.” She answered

“Okay, I'll be home in an hour. Get some rest, love you. Bye!” I said before ending the call

Once I ended the call, I arrived to my destination where I'll be meeting up with a realtor because (Y/N) and I have been thinking about this for quite some time now.

(Y/N) and I are buying a house.

Lately, I've been meeting up with a realtor and (Y/N) doesn't know because I want to surprise her on our anniversary that is coming up next month by showing our future home.

We've been house hunting for a year now and we couldn't just find the perfect house for us. So I'm hoping this house that Samantha will show to me will be the one.

“Hey, Niall.” Samantha, the realtor, greeted once I got out of the car “Glad you can make it.”

“Yeah, me too. Got a meeting a while ago and I thought it won't be done on time but anyways, what do you got for me?” I asked

“Okay, I have good news and bad news.” She said making me sigh and nod “The good news is this house is everything you and (Y/N) wanted. The interior, the size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, everything you name it, it's all right up your alley.”

“And what's the bad news?” I asked

“It's a little way past your guys budget but I think it's negotiable and also it's not that too private but the security in this village is strict enough so I guess it's manageable right?” She answered

“Yeah.” I nodded

“Well, then. Let me show you around the house.”

(Y/N)'s POV

I've been lying down on the couch for an hour now just watching some episodes of Friends and Niall said a while ago that he'll be home in an hour, so I'm guessing anytime now he'll be here.

I'm glad my period cramps aren't acting up but I'm too lazy to move and do some house chores. I've just been on my phone the whole day and took a day off from work.

Another hour have passed by and Niall is still not home yet. I tried calling him but it just lead me to his voicemail so maybe he's still stuck in a meeting.
