(Y/N)'s POV

"This is the last show guys!" Louis said as we are all gather around the backstage

In a couple of seconds the screen behind us will open and we'll be greeted by thousands of screaming fans outside.

"Let's make it count!" Liam said

We put all of our hands in the middle and looked at each other as we smile. I couldn't believe it, this is going to be our last show.

"I'm going to miss you, idiots." I said making them chuckle

"We."

"Are."

"One."

"Direction."

"Yeah!"

Then in a blink of an eye, everything was over.

Even us.

It's the 24 month of our hiatus and I'm just sitting around my living room playing some random chords on my piano.

I've been trying to write songs for an artist and nothing is coming out. I feel like I've lost my inspiration after the tour ended.

For 5 years, I've been touring and singing with 5 boys until they were 4. I've also wrote a lot of songs with them and it's kind of new to me now that I'm writing on my own.

I took a big sigh and gave up. I grabbed my phone and lie on my bed as I scroll through Instagram.

Seeing the boys enjoying the break is making me smile. Harry is making movies. Liam is now back on the dating world. Louis is living with his family. Zayn is back with Gigi.

And Niall, he's dating and traveling with this new girl.

My heart aches to see him so happy with her.

I know it's been 24 months, I should've moved on but I just can't. After a month of our last tour, our relationship ended also.

The break-up was so sudden. For a moment I thought we were fine and happy but then all of a sudden it was falling apart. We did try to make it work but we got tired and gave up.

So here I am, 18 months later, single and trying to figure out my life.

I put my phone down and went to the kitchen to grab something to eat. It's around 4 in the afternoon and I feel like my period is coming anytime soon because I'm starting to feel grumpy and hungry without any reason.

I grabbed a bag of chips on my pantry and went back to the living room to watch a series or whatever that is on the television. As I turned it on, Niall Horan is a guest on one of the afternoon shows.

"Niall Horan releases his first ever single as a solo artist, This Town, and he'll be with us here in a few minutes. So stay tune!" The host said

I quickly grabbed my phone and called my best friend "Hello?"

"Louis! Where are you? Are you at home? Are you watching the television right now?"

"Hold your horses, (Y/N)! What's with panic tone, calm down." He said "And yes I'm home and watching a football game right now."
