10 : Christmas Series - Prank Wars

(Y/N)'s POV

Niall and I are driving to Big Bear to spend our first few days of December with our friends.

We haven't seen our friends for a very long time ever since the lockdown because Niall and I quarantined in London for 8 months. So after Niall's gig in RAH, we flew straight to Los Angeles.

It was a last minute decision because we planned this mini get together only a few days ago. We've been desperate to see each other so we booked a cabin in Big Bear while we are still free with our schedules.

"Camila just texted me and said her and Shawn already arrived in Big Bear." I said to Niall "Then Lewis messaged in the group chat and said he's on his way too."

"How about Ashe?" Niall asked

"The last text she sent was an hour ago and she said she and Spencer are on their way, so maybe they'll arrive in the cabin soon." I answered

"Poor, Capaldi. He'll be third wheeling for three days." Niall chuckled

"Hey, don't be mean to him. I know that you'll be teasing him for the whole trip." I said

"Who said I was going to tease him?" Niall innocently asked

"Niall, I've heard this before so I'm 100% sure you and Shawn will tease him." I chuckled

"In my defense, I told him that he can bring a friend or a plus one so he won't be lonely when the couples are doing their thing. So technically, it's not my fault, it's his."

"Who said the couples will be doing their thing? I'm not doing a thing with you this trip. I'd rather spend my time with Lewis." I jokingly said just to annoy him

"Excuse me?" He asked raising his brows

"You heard me, Horan." I teasingly said

"Okay fine, I won't be mean to Lewis if you stop being mean to me." He said in defeat

"That's my boy." I said and gave him a kiss on the cheek

"Alright! The last couples are here!" Shawn said once Niall and I entered the cabin that we booked for the whole weekend

"Hi, (Y/N)! It's good to see you again, girl." Camila said and gave me a warm hug

"Hey, (Y/N). Nice to see you again." Ashe greeted, giving me a hug also

"So, where's Capaldi?" Shawn asked after he gave me a hug

"I think he'll be here in a few minutes." I answered

"Alright, Niall remember what we planned?" Shawn asked as he rushed over to Niall's side

"Ehem." I pretended to scoff just enough for Niall to understand the message

"Sorry, brother. You're on your own." Niall said and gave him a pat on the shoulder

"Oh, come on! It will be fun." Shawn whined

"Shawn, I thought we've talked about this." Camila said as she sassily crossed her arms

"Fine." Shawn said "Let's play, PS5 instead. Let's go, Niall and Spencer."

"Boys, huh?" Ashe said making me and Camila giggle
