(Y/N)'s POV

"Dancing on the hood in the middle of the woods on an old Mustang, where we sang songs with all our childhood friends and it went like this, say." Anne-Marie and I sang while baking cookies for our midnight snack

"This is still my number one favorite song you ever wrote." I said while having a little bite of the cookie dough

"Well, I bet you'll have a new favorite when I'm done writing the new one." Anne-Marie teasingly said

"I'm actually excited to hear your album and it's funny when your fans are dm-ing asking me to release few clips of your songs and I'm like I haven't heard any of them also." I said then she starts laughing

"Of course I'm not going to let you hear any of it because I'm going to ask you to pre-order it. You ain't going to get free access, darling. I'm sorry." She jokingly said making me playfully roll my eyes at her

While watching a random movie on HBO, my phone bleeped and was surprised to see a text from Niall at a time like this.

Niall:
Miss you :'(

I can't help but smile after reading his short text. I excused myself and went to my bedroom to call Niall.

"Hey, babe." Niall said once he answered the call

"Hi, my love. I miss you, too." I said not loud enough for Anne-Marie to hear "How's your day today?"

"It went well. I recorded in the studio this morning then I'm going back again tomorrow." He answered "How about you?"

"Not too bad but not too good also, it was okay I guess." I said

"Are you busy tomorrow?" He asked and I said no "How about I'll pick you up tomorrow around lunch time and have a picnic date or movie date or anything you want. I just want to spend my time with you, it's been a long time."

"Sure, picnic date sounds fun. Just call or text me when you're almost at my place." I said

"Great! I'll see you tomorrow then." He happily said "Alright, I'm going to bed now. I have an early call time tomorrow, bye. I love you."

"Goodnight, Ni. Love you." I said before ending the call

I went back to the living room and giggled a bit once I saw Anne-Marie knocked out on the couch with a popcorn bowl above her belly.

I took a quick photo of her before waking her up and told her to go sleep on her bed.
