Louis' heart was in his stomach. He wanted to run and pull Liam into a hug but Harry just put his hand on Louis' shoulder and shook his head
He frowned and turned towards Zayn and Liam again
The whole school was here just a few minutes ago, yet Zayn managed to tell all of them to fuck right off before Liam could see them
A few were still lingering a few feet away, mouth agape at Zayn who seemed like he wasn't going to push Liam
Liam pulled away and wiped his face
Zayn put a hand on Liam's back and they both walked away

Louis and Stiles were about to sneak away when coach caught them
"STILINSKI"
"Act dumb" Louis muttered
Stiles and Louis slowly turned around
"Yes coach"
"Where's Liam?"
"Who's Liam?" Stiles said furrowing his brows and Louis wished he could slap the ever living fuck of him right now
"Not that dumb!!" Louis whispered
"Stiles. Liam. Where is Liam?"
"Ohhhhh." Stiles pointed at Dunbar that's a few feet away "He's right there"
"I can see that. I mean Payne, Where's Payne?"
"Ohhhh"
"Sorry coach. We haven't seen him" Louis said
"Since when??"
"Since we last saw him" Stiles said and coach frowned
"When was that?"
"Last time we saw him.... Pretty sure it's the time we saw him last"
Coach blinked before he shook his head and turned around before he walked away
Louis slapped the back of Stiles' head
"I said dumb but not that dumb"
"Hey!! I got us out of the conversation didn't I?"

Before going to Zayn's, they all stopped to get drinks.
Then they all reached the building and got into the Elevator
"Do you think it's funny how-"
"No Stiles"
Stiles frowned at Derek "I didn't even finish my sentence"
"Derek just assumes everything you'll say is stupid"
"Basically how Theo is always assuming Liam will fall and break his neck"
"How did I get dragged into this? I fell into 1 hole and suddenly It's the only thing I'm known for"
"It wasn't 1, it was 3 and all were in the same week"
"Isaac, nobody asked how many times it was"
"He's not wrong"
Louis huffed "Why is it taking so long?!"
"Because none of us pressed the button for Zayn's floor" Harry said and finally pressed the button
