All the Malik brother's were hugging tightly, taking mind of the tube coming out of Zayn's liver

"You better walk out of here as strong as you are, ok? Tony and I want to start a war and we need you to be one of the judges" Niall said, his voice happy but quiet

Zayn chuckled and nodded "Talking about Tony, can you give us a moment?"

They all pulled away and Niall fake gasped "You already have Favourites, don't you? He's been your brother for a minute. I've been your brother for years!!"

Tony put his hands into the pockets of his sweats "It's actually been 2 weeks, if we are speaking correctly but if you want to take facts, I've been his brother for almost over a year now"

Niall looked at Zayn "What is he talking about?"

Zayn rolled his eyes "Nothing, he's stupid."

Niall laughed as Tony gave Zayn an offended look, Niall gave Zayn one last hug then walked out

Zayn looked at Tony and took a deep breath, any funny feeling Tony had quickly disappeared

"If something happens to me-"

"IF something happens to me. I need you to be there for my daughter"

Tony frowned "What do you mean? She has mama, baba, Liam and everyone-" Zayn tilted his head to the side "Oh…"

Though Tony started to get his tattoos removed, some people still accidentally mistook them for one another

If Zayn wasn't currently stuck with a tube coming out of him and mostly bedbound, they'd be called each other by their names

But Tony understood, if something were to happen to Zayn, Tony is the closest thing she has to him

Connor can easily run to Liam, as his relationship with Zayn is still being built

But Estrella-

Tony shook his head and smiled "You'll be fine. You'll get right back up, get her a passport and you all will be running-" Tony stopped, and furrowed his brows

"How did you get her insurance without any form of identification other than her birth certificate?"

Zayn raised an eyebrow "I have guns"

She was terrified, though Doctor David (and Tony) assured her that Zayn is strong

"You better come out of there safely Zayn" She said after a while "I want all my boys together…. Plus we still have Brian hogtied and I'm waiting for him to die"

Zayn stayed quiet then nodded "If all goes well-" He said then pulled away
