Liam and Zayn didn't talk about it, they both bluntly refused to bring up that topic
They spend time together, they hold each other every night yet they can't bring themselves to talk about it
It's like the conversation never happened
Liam knew he would have to sooner to later.... His sister is supposed to leave after Connor's last appointment for a while
Liam looked at Zayn who was also awake but looking out the window
Liam cupped Zayn's cheeks and turned Zayn towards him, Zayn looked at Liam and nodded
Liam kissed him and Zayn kissed Liam back
"I love you" Liam whispered, his voice barely over a whisper
"And I love you" Zayn whispered back, holding onto Liam tighter

Liam looked at Zayn fight in the ring with a smile
"Don't get those sick and twisted thoughts"
Liam turned to Niall then looked back at Zayn
"I don't know what you're talking about"
Niall hummed "Suuuuure. We'll go with thaaaaat"
Liam rolled his eyes before he cringed as Zayn punched his trainer in the face
"I don't understand why he needs one"
"I made him get one.... This whole thing is my plan"
"How did he agree?"
Liam smiled and shrugged "I said words some of you forget to say to him" His smile fell and he turned towards Niall "Please and thank you"

Tony walking into the gym and the mood was immediately tense
Harry and Louis (Who were walking away from the private rooms) stopped
Derek immediately walked towards Stiles
Theo pulled Liam behind him
Niall stayed beside Liam who was openly glaring at Tony
But Tony just walked towards Zayn, Zayn blinked as his twin stood in front of him
"How's the hand?" He whispered
Zayn blinked "How's the nose?"
Tony furrowed his brows "Wha-"
Tony didn't get to finish his sentence before Zayn punched him in the nose and kicked him in the throat
He sighed then got out of the ring, walked towards Liam and kissed his cheek
Liam laughed and blushed, he watched Zayn walk into the bathroom then looked at Tony
"MAN DOWN IN THE RING"

Liam laughed while Zayn kissed his neck and tickled his side.
"OKOK." Liam laughed and Zayn smiled then stopped "I love you" Liam whispered
Zayn slumped down opposite of Liam "Now was that so difficult?"
Liam shook his head, laughed then shoved Zayn's foot with his own
After a few minutes of being on opposite sides of the couch, Liam crawled over and cuddled up to Zayn
Zayn kissed his shoulder, neck and ear before he turned Liam towards him
"If you'd prefer to stay at your sister's apartment with her kids.... I don't mind."
Liam smiled and traced Zayn's bottom lip "What changed your mind?"
Zayn shrugged "I was just thinking about it.... You want to help them, I shouldn't stop you" He swallowed and cleared his throat "As long as you come back home.... To me"
Liam smiled and kissed Zayn's nose, earning a smile "Always"
They went quiet then Liam's eyebrows shot up "Who are you and what have you done with my Zayn? He usually would barely let me out of his sight for more than what he deems necessary"
Zayn rolled his eyes and slapped Liam's inner thigh
"HERE HE IS!!" Liam yelled out earning a laugh from Zayn

Zayn was asleep, and Liam was looking at him.
Liam traced Zayn's cheekbone and kissed Zayn's cheekbone, and rubbed Zayn's eyebrow
He reached over to grab his phone covering Zayn's eyes from the phone light before he called his sister as Zayn buried his face deeper into Liam's neck
Making Liam smile as his sister answered
"Hey.... There's been a change of plans"

"Hello there" Liam said sitting on the counter
Zayn looked at him and smiled "Hey" he said then continued to make the coffee
Liam looked at his foot then at Zayn "Ya know.... Taking care of twins on my own will be difficult"
Zayn stopped stirring his coffee and looked at Liam
"And.... I'm worried about something happening while I'm asleep"
Zayn blinked
"I was thinking of taking Isaac with me"
Zayn rolled his eyes and turned back to his coffee
Liam laughed "C'mere love"
Zayn walked towards him and Liam, Liam cupped Zayn's cheeks
"I don't think I CAN stay away from you for too long"
Zayn chuckled, a sound Liam grew to love along with the smell of strawberries, and vanilla
"I talked to my sister.... She said she doesn't mind bringing them here"
Zayn pulled away and rested their foreheads together "How did you let her agree?"
Liam softly kissed him "I'd like to think I'm dating someone persuasive and he taught me a lot"
Zayn hummed and nodded before he pulled away, he poured the coffee into 2 mugs and gave Liam one
Liam didn't need to ask if it's the way he likes it. Zayn doesn't need to ask if it's up to Liam's standards
Liam smiled taking sips from his coffee, and Zayn smiled, rubbing Liam's knee
