I wasn't quite sure what to think of this information. At first, it told me that Alice could not be a familiar, as they have to be real creatures. However, this connection I felt with her told me otherwise. I didn't know what to think.

"Master..."

"Yes, Alice?"

"There is something I want to try. Can I?"

"Is it going to create problems?"

"I don't think so."

"Then you can try once we get to the training area."

"Thank you Master!"

She was surprisingly enthusiastic about it so I figured I did the right choice. Once we got there, her mood changed quickly as she became serious about whatever she wanted to do. Shortly after, I felt her disappear while something entered me. I was really scared at first, shouting in my own mind:

"Alice!?"

"Yes, Master?"

Her voice felt distant yet very close. I was confused and worried.

"What happened to you?"

"I don't know. I thought I should use that weird spell I felt like I could do, and ended up arriving in some weird place."

"What are you talking about...?"

"I don't know, Master. Where are you?"

"I didn't move since you disappeared."

"Then...Where am I?"

"I really don't know. Can you come back?"

I was hoping deep within me that whatever happened to her was either a fluke or a controlled spell she learned from her transformation. It was confirmed, as she reappeared atop me. Weirdly enough, the same thing that entered me left towards her as she came back.

"Here you are, Master!"

I was even more confused now, although also relieved. Whatever happened seemed to be controlled, meaning it should be fine if she did it again. I didn't want to risk anything, however, so I told her:

"Well that worried me. Everything came out fine, but please try not to use that spell again."

"Okay, Master."

I sighed and thought about it some more. Whatever happened to her might have something to do with her transformation, so I needed to know more. I started pointing my attention towards what actually happened to her and why she suddenly disappeared, but I couldn't think far as Alice interrupted me.

"Master, the same man as always is approaching. He will be here in just a few seconds."

"Mark? So lunch is ready."

Sure enough, Mark turned up shortly after Alice told me.

"Lilia, lunch is ready, you should come eat."

"I'll be here in a minute."

He nodded and left. I was left to wonder on what I should do about Alice, though I felt it best if I did as usual.

"I'll go eat, so can you wait for me here for a moment? It's fine if you try and get used to your new magic, but if something bad or weird happens, tell me and wait for me to reply, okay?"

"Yes Master! Enjoy your meal."

I nodded as she left my head and went to the middle of the training area. I instead went to eat lunch, expecting something to go wrong. While eating, I could feel Alice use Light magic which slightly surprised me, but I wasn't worried about it if she didn't notify me of anything.
