YG Entertainment updates regarding Yuri and her first apparition
On the morning of June 28, YG Ent. made an official statement regarding the activities of their idol.
At the start of the month the 3rd season of Penthouse: War In Life started airing, confirming the presence of Choi Yuri. Despite this, the company just stated that as planned Yuri joined the cast after a period of rest due to her eye surgery.
The idol also appeared in the Spotify's spot with the other BLACKPINK members and a few days later YG Ent. announced that the idol would start promote again with the group and as a soloist.
For the fans' joy, Yuri made a live on instagram, saying she had to wear sunglasses when she would get too close to a screen and teasing fans by saying she was working on releasing a new album.
Wanted but unexpected, fans are worried the album might take a lot of time to be released as the idol's last comeback was over two years apart from her debut.
She added to hope she could release more than one music video and spend more time with fans compared to how short her last promotion was.
In late June Yuri was also said to have bought a new car, as Jisoo mentioned in one of their lives on Instagram. The car is rumored to be a white Aston Martin One-77 with a starting price of $3.3 million as of 2020.
