"Show Window is a song that I started working on since I was a trainee actually, it had several changes, I wanted to put it on my debut album, but I didn't think it would fit the style of the album overall and I was still not satisfied with it."

"over the past year I changed a few parts, some of them were the choruses, the background melody also changed a lot."

"Teddy said the song would find its home in Like Old Time, the style of the album and the genre of the song matched."

"Honestly, at first I thought the song would not suit the other tracks, but I just loved it so much, so I focused on it for a long time and I'm really happy with the actual outcome. It's a great song."

"I would say this is my second favorite track on the album, it hs a special place in my heart."

"This is a song that I didn't think I would release so soon."

"It actually didn't even really have a name, actually it didn't even have a complete rap part and I didn't find someone suitable for it. Jiyong oppa suggested a name and said he would change some parts of the rap."

"So I asked him to be the one to feature the song. I thought that no one would know this song better than him since he worked on it too."

"Overall, this is my third favorite song on the album, I really like the melody and I really enjoyed trying this particular style in singing, it's the first time I got to use this new technique."

"Everyone in the studio liked it the first time we recorded it."

"I started working on this song during the past spring. It's actually a really interesting song."

"The first time I came up with a lyrics for this song was around the time I debuted with BLACKPINK. I think Teddy was both amazed and shocked by the fact that I wrote something like that."

"Honestly I'm still worried about what fans will think with this being the title track, I originally wanted My Hair to be the title track, but I still love this one too."

"I think this song represents the best the album and its concept. Jisoo unnie was said she really likes it, this is her favorite track. Jennie and Lisa prefer Show Window and Rosé likes My Hair the most, and honestly that's my favorite too."

" The lyrics don't really have a deep meaning to me, I didn't focus on making this song meaningful, I wanted a song that could let me use the vocal techniques that I used to love so much during my trainee years."

"When I have to record for BLACKPINK's songs I can't freely chose the notes I should hit when I sing, but when it comes to my solo songs I love to add more personal colors."

"For over three years my vocal coach helped and praised me whenever I would add whistle notes to the songs I would perform, it was not easy because whistle notes don't always fit, they rarely do."

"This was one of my favorite techniques when I was a trainee and I've always wanted to use it."

"The song was ready to be recorded and released even under OFFSET, but it didn't contain any whistle note, there was instead a third chorus."

"Teddy said the song itself wouldn't fit the concept of my first album, so we waited. And I'm actually glad I waited because the song turned out to be amazing."

"The one who suggested to add the whistle note was Tommy, he was really happy to review the song and I loved so much the changes he made. I spent a lot of time on the phone with him in the past six months, working on both My hair and the title track and I'm really happy with the outcome."
