Starting to record, Yuri was startled when she saw her own close reflection appearing on the screen of the camera. She didn't move away, letting her smiling face be the only thing that could really be seen.
"Hi~" She started and waved at the camera. "This is Yuri and today we're going to get ready for the Met Gala."
She finally leaned back after she was sure the camera was set up and the view of her hotel room could be seen.
A few people here and there, moving around the room as Yuri was sitting on a black lounge chair. Yuri looked around herself seeing the hairstylist talking with another member of the staff, and she turned around to look at the camera again.
"This is like my first time ever recording a video, or just doing a vlog I guess." She switched to English and grinned. "I think it's gonna be a bit awkward."
She grabbed a pen and a notebook and sat back in her place, still eyeing the camera but not saying anything.
"So," She got closer to the camera again, close-up of her face. "I want to show you the drawing of my dress, because I think it's really really pretty." She turned the notebook and showed a pic of the dress she was going to wear in a few hours. "Like really really pretty."
Turning the notebook again, she swiped to the next pic, probably making sure it's the right one.
"This is," She started, showing once again the first pic. "the before. I love the bow and the corset, they fit so well." She turned the notebook again and swiped to another picture. "And this," She said as she turned the notebook around once again. "this is the after. I just wanna say I love this color, I don't know why, but it's even prettier when you actually see it on the dress."
Before she could speak again, a member of the staff got closer, face blurred, and handed her a bag.
"Is it just coffee?" She asked and looked at the man pouting. "No food?" Her eyes were getting glossy and she sighed when the man shaked his head.
