Chapter 45

Samantha

Today was May 27th, the day that I was going to get married. I, Samantha Lynn Cook, was going to get married to my amazing, wonderful, caring, funniest best friend, supporter, and boyfriend I could ask for. I was having all these feelings, excited, nervous, scared, and happy. I was happy because I knew at the end of the day, I would see Harry and his charms and that's all it mattered. 

I woke up and looked at Harry, who was still snoring away. I looked at my phone which read 10:30 in the morning. I got up from the air mattress and headed upstairs. Sophie was sitting on the bar stool. She had her laptop in front of her and was watching YouTube videos of famous YouTubers. I looked over her shoulder and she noticed me. She jumped and yelled, "Samantha!" I covered my mouth quickly and whispered. "Harry is still sleeping. Where's Mom?" I asked. I removed my hand from her mouth and she said, "Oh she's running errands. She should be home soon." She turned her attention back to her laptop. I walked over to the living room area just as my mom came into the house. She was carrying sacks of food and flowers. "Sammy. How are you?" My mom asked as she walked over to the kitchen area. "Hi Mom. Where were you?" I asked as I sat down on the couch. I turned the TV on and flipped throw a couple channels. "Oh I was just running errands." My mom said. She was putting away the food then said, "So when are we all suppose to meet? And where?" I sighed and said, "Mom, I told you before. We all meet at the church and you should be there 12:00 because the wedding starts around 1 in the afternoon." I focused back on the TV.

It was around 11 when my dad came to the house. "You ready to go Sam?" My dad asked waiting for me. I got up from the couch and said, "Yeah let me just get a couple things. I'll be right back." I headed downstairs and accidentally woke up Harry. I quickly grabbed my bag and started upstairs. Harry said, "Hey where are you going?" He lifted his head up and was squinting his eyes. "I have to get ready. I'll see you later on." I walked over to him and kissed his lips. I headed upstairs. 

I handed my dad my bag and said, "I'll be right out." He opened the door and said, "Hurry up because Misty is waiting out in the car." He closed the door. I slipped on my shoes and ran over to my mom. I hugged her and said, "I'll see you guys later." I kissed my mom and went over to hug my sister. "I'll talk to you later." I said. I started leaving then said, "Wait, who's Misty?" "Oh, she's your dad's girlfriend. Now shoo, shoo. They're waiting for you." My mom answered. "I love you guys. Take care of Harry." I said and left the house. I jumped into my dad's car and we drove off.

We drove to the motel that I was going to get ready and my dad parked the car. We jumped out and I grabbed my bags. "I'll see you later Dad." I said. We quickly hugged and I headed inside. There was a lot of people in the waiting room area and when they noticed me they all stood up and walked over towards me. "Sam! You're here." A guy said who had a nose piercing. A girl with short, curly, and pink hair said, "Samantha! Nice to meet you." She hugged me quickly. "Let's go to your room." The guy said. He led me into the hallway. We walked until we were at the end of the building. He knocked on the door and opened it. We all got inside and he shut the door. "Have you showered yet?" He asked. I set my bags down and said, "No I haven't." He signed and said, "Hurry up missy. Get showering!" I quickly ran to the bathroom and closed the door.

I took the fastest shower I could and jumped out. I changed into some sweats. I left the bathroom and they were all standing there talking. "Oh good. Daisy, start drying her hair. I'm going to do her makeup." He said. I sat down on a chair and Daisy started blow drying my hair. The guy was looking through his makeup set and picked out a couple eye shadows. "Which one?" He asked. I touched the green eye shadow. He set the other one down, grabbed a brush and started doing my makeup. "Oh my name is Troy," He said. "I'm just adding a little bit of eye shadow for you." He continued. Daisy finished drying my hair and started curling it. Once it was all done she hair sprayed it. "That looks fab Daisy." Troy said almost finishing up with my makeup. "What time is it?" I asked. Daisy pulled out her phone and said, "It's almost 12. We got a couple more minutes before you have to be at the church." Troy finished up my makeup. Once everything was done I slipped on my wedding dress, which luckily fit me. I slipped on the shoes and started heading out.  "Wait I forgot my flowers." I said. Troy pushed me along and said, "Daisy has them. Come on, come on." She ran behind me and handed me the flowers. I walked out to the lobby area and outside. I noticed the black limousine and opened the door.

My mom and Sophie were in there. "Hi," Sophie said. I quickly got in and closed the door. "What are you guys doing here?" I asked. My mom laughed and said, "We didn't want you to drive all by yourself so we decided to join you." I smiled. "Did Harry wake up just in time." Sophie nodded and said, "He's all ready to go." I sighed and said, "This day is so stressful." My mom looked at me and said, "This day shouldn't be stressful." I nodded and said, "I know, I know." We pulled into the parking lot and I started getting out. Someone opened the door and I looked to see who is was. My dad! I got out of the limousine and hugged my dad. "Dad," I said. We let go and headed to the church along wit Sophie and my mom behind. 

"What time is it?" I asked my dad. He pulled out his phone and looked at it. "It's almost time," My dad said. "I'm so nervous," I said holding my flowers. My mom and Sophie left and entered the church. 

My dad and I linked arms together and the doors opened. Everyone stood up and turned toward us. I smiled and started heading down the aisle. The beginning was scary, but I gotten a hold of it. I noticed Harry with the priest standing there. He was looking at me and smiling. Once my dad and I were down walking the aisle and turned toward me and hugged me. "I love you so much Sam. Don't ever forget that." He whispered into my ear. I smiled and he helped me up the stairs. I grabbed Harry's hands and stood there. The priest started talking. 

The priest was talking then the wedding barriers handed me Harry's ring. I cleared my throat and said, "I, Samantha Lynn, take you, Harry Edward, to be my husband. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I, Samantha Lynn, take you, Harry Edward, for my lawful husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part. " I slipped on Harry's ring. He then grabbed my ring and said, "I, Harry Edward, take Samantha Lynn, to be my wife. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I, Harry Edward, take you, Samantha Lynn, for my lawful wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part." He slipped the ring on my finger and we both looked at the priest. The priest turned to Harry and said, "You may now kiss the bride!" Harry looked at me and I smiled. He leaned in and we kissed each other. The crowd hollered and roared. We let go of each other and held hands. We started walking down the aisle and at that moment I looked over at Harry, who was smiling. He looked at me and I grinned. I couldn't believe that we did it.
