Chapter 20

Harry

It was a couple days later when Sam came over and we talked. She talked about the future for us and I wasn't ready. I didn't want her to leave for college. I wanted to have her stay her forever with me. I didn't like the idea of her going to New York even if I was still here. I mean she lived with different people and obviously there were going to be boys there, but I didn't like that idea. The college was huge, like all universities. 

I was sitting on the couch watching TV when the boys came out. "You ready?" Zayn asked. "What?" I asked confused. "We are going to the studio and recording then we are going out to eat as a group." Louis said. I shrugged and said, "I don't feel like it. You lads can go though." The boys looked at each other then looked back at me. "Harry? Seriously?" Louis asked annoyed. I shrugged. "I don't feel like it." Liam walked over to me then said, "Harry, is this about the girl? Because this has nothing to do with your music career." I sighed and said, "Yeah sort of. I'm just scared about what is going to happen." Liam looked up at the boys then down at me. "What do you mean?" Liam asked looking confused. I shrugged and said, "Samantha is going to New York University and she wants us to come." They all were quiet.

"Bullshit, Harry." Louis spat out madly. "Come on and let's go. Harry doesn't want to and we are just wasting our time." Louis rushed them. Liam glared at him and said, "Lou, no." He looked back at me and patted my knee. Louis walked over and grabbed the car keys. "Well, I'm going no matter what." Louis left then Zayn and Niall followed behind him. "Listen, we'll have to talk later." Liam said then he got up and left the apartment. 

I watched TV for a couple more hours. It was around 6 when I decided to clean up. I cleaned up my room and once everything was off the floor I decided to take a shower. I washed my slightly greasy hair then my body. I changed into some clean clothes. I decided to do a load of laundry. I cleaned up my dresser and also my closet. I was just finishing it up as I heard the door open and people entered. Someone knocked on my bedroom door and Liam peeked in. "How you doing?" He asked as he came over my bed and sat down on the edge. I hung up a couple shirts then said, "I'm doing alright." Liam nodded then asked, "So what were you saying earlier?" I finished hanging my shirts then sat down next to Liam.

"I am just so confused. I love being here and all, but Sam wants me to go with her and I don't know. I just think I'm not ready for this. I never thought it would be like this. Do I choose Sam or do I stay here and keep my career? I have no idea." Liam looked at me then said, "I think you just need a little time to think." I sighed and rubbed my head in frustration. "Yeah, but she wants all of us to come out to New York. So would you guys come too?" "Well I actually asked them when we went out to eat and we all argued with each other. Louis said no to the idea and he said he didn't like you dating her. He said that you should keep your career and forget about the girl. He said it's just one girl." I rolled my eyes and said, "Yeah that sounds like Louis alright." Liam chuckled and said, "Niall agreed. He said that he would love to go to New York and he also thought our music career would boost there." I nodded and had Liam continue. "Zayn said he wanted to stay here and just keep doing what we are doing. He didn't like the idea of going to New York only for you and this girl. He said he didn't really know her that well and thought you guys should break up." I looked at Liam and asked, "And what about you?" Liam shrugged and said, "I think you should wait it off. I mean if you're meant to be together it'll eventually happen no matter what." I shrugged and said, "Well how do I do that?" Liam smiled and said, "You can go to the party with me." We were quiet then Liam added, "Trust me it'll help you forget about it and stuff."

After Liam and I finished talking, I ate a couple snacks then I decided to go to bed early. I was so drained from thinking about Sam and New York. It was giving me a headache. I took medicine then I changed into pajamas. I slipped in bed and closed my eyes.
