Only For You

Chapter 30

Harry 

I headed towards my car looking back and seeing Samantha and her friend walking back into the college. I sighed and went to my car. I wished I stayed with Sam, but I didn't know if they allowed visitors staying there. Better to be safe than sorry, I thought. I started up my car and put on my seat belt. I took out my phone and googled which hotel was the closet to the New York University. I looked it up and found that The Plaza Hotel. I put my phone away and started driving to my new destination.

I  parked in a decent spot and got out. I grabbed my bags of clothes and headed inside. There was a women, in her 20's, in the front desk. "Hi," I said setting my bags down on the floor. "I need a room for 1." She smiled then typed on the computer in front of her. Ashley, I read on her name tag. She did look cute. She had long blonde hair, that was in a slight messy ponytail, and she had brown eyes. She looked at me and asked, "How long will you be staying here?" I thought and said, "Until Thursday." She typed again then said, "Okay so you're room number is 306." "And here is your key." She said as she handed me a key. I grabbed it and said, "Thanks." She smiled politely then leaned over the counter. "Do you need help with your bags?" I looked down then back up at her. "No, I'll be fine, but thank you anyways." I picked them up and started walking then I turned around. "Wait do I need to pay you?" She looked at me and said, "Oh yeah I completely forgot. I'm so sorry." I walked over to her and dropped my bags down. "No really it's fine. I just didn't know for sure. I'm so out of it." I grabbed out my billfold and handed Ashley my credit card. She scanned it then looked at the screen. "So what are you staying here for?" She asked as she handed me back my card. I put it in my billfold and looked up at her. "I'm visiting my girlfriend. She goes to New York University." She nodded then said, "That's a really good college." We were quiet for a while then she said, "Welcome enjoy your night." I smiled and grabbed my bags and headed to my room.

I finally found my room and jammed the key in it. I unlocked the door and opened it. The room was a decent size. It had a king bed and a nice size of a flat screen TV. There was a door to the balcony outside. I set my bags next to the bed and continued walking to the door. I slid it opened and stepped out. I saw the amazing few of the city lights. I took out my phone and decided to take a picture. I looked at the picture over and over and decided to put it on twitter. 

I put my phone back into my pocket and stood outside for a couple more minutes. The breeze was chilly and the smell of the city was different, since I have never been to the city before. I headed back inside and closed the door, tight. I headed over to the bed and sat on the edge of it and slipped off my shoes. There exposed my feet in black socks. I hated my feet because they never looked normal. I stood up and went to the bathroom. I washed up my face and bushed my hair. I went back and sat on the bed. I felt my phone vibrated against the bed and my butt. I pulled it out and it was a message from Liam. 

"Call me in 5."

I was about to call him, when Samantha texted me too.

"Hope you are safe. Have a goodnight!"

I smiled and replied back to her.

"Goodnight! Love you lots."

I waited then I decided to call Liam. It rung a couple times then he answered, "Hello." I smiled, hearing the sound of his voice and actually missing it. I put my phone on speaker and laid back into the bed. I knew that probably at end of this conversation, I would be too tired and I would just fall asleep. "Hey man how are you doing?" I asked into the speaker of my phone. I heard shuffling and then Liam asked back. "I'm doing good. How about you? What are you up too?" "Nothing much," I cleared my throat. "Is Samantha there?" "No she isn't." It was quiet then I said, "What about the boys? How are they doing?" All of a sudden I heard couples hi's and some yelling over the phone. Liam laughed once it got quiet and said, "Yeah we all miss you. How long are you staying there for?" I turned onto my side and answered, "Until Thursday." It was quiet then I spoke up. "I think once I get back home we could all move to New York. I think this place will help us with our music careers." Liam was quiet then said, "Well we are having a meeting tomorrow and I'll just throw that out there if you want. Do you want me to call you so you can be part of it?" "What time will it be?" I asked. "8 in the morning, but I don't know what time it would be for you since we are in different time zones." I laughed and said, "No thanks. You can just call me later on and tell me about it." Liam laughed and said, "Yeah, that's fine." It was quiet and before I knew it I couldn't keep my eyelids open any longer. "Well I'm going to head for bed. I'm so tired. I'll talk to you tomorrow." "Goodnight Harry!" Liam yelled into the phone.

We hung up and I noticed that there was a message from someone. I was too tired to read it so I placed the phone on the bedside table. I turned off the lights and locked the doors. I grabbed the blankets and closed my eyes.
