On our way back home, it was already super late. The drive wasn't too long, but long enough for me to doze off.

When I finally woke up, I found myself in a bed that definitely wasn't mine. Blinking against the sunlight filtering through the curtains, I realized I was in Oscar's room. It felt like one of those childhood teleportation moments when you'd fall asleep in the car and wake up in your own bed, completely clueless about how you got there.

I couldn't help but chuckle. Of course, Oscar had taken advantage of my snooze-fest to bring me into his room. He'd been wanting me to sleep in his bed for ages, but I'd always said no because I didn't want to ditch Amelie.

The space next to me was empty, so I grabbed a big shirt of Oscar's I found on the floor and slipped it on before heading out to find him.

I stumbled into the living room and was hit with the sight of a mess. Hair was everywhere on the floor, and Cesar was there, his head freshly shaved.

They all turned to look at me, and I raised my eyebrows in confusion. "I don't even want to know," I said, shaking my head.

I walked over to Oscar, leaning down to give him a quick kiss.

"Buenos días, mi amore. Did you sleep well?" he asked with a satisfied grin.

"Yeah, I slept amazing," I replied, feeling a warm flush creep up my cheeks.

Oscar's smirk widened. "No wonder after last night. You didn't even wake up when I carried you in from the car. Did I rock your world that hard?"

Sad Eyes, sitting nearby, gasped and choked on his water, spilling half of it onto the floor. Oscar burst out laughing at him. "Why are you so shocked, Sad Eyes? You thought she still didn't let me hit."

Sad Eyes didn't respond, just looked like a deer caught in headlights.

I went to the kitchen, grabbed some paper towels, and came back to help Sad Eyes clean up. Crouching down, I was still just in Oscar's oversized shirt, which covered most of me while I was still, but when I moved, it did a terrible job of hiding my backside, which was only covered by a slip.

I caught Sad Eyes staring at me, his mouth hanging open.

"Hey!" Oscar shouted, tossing a half-empty water bottle at Sad Eyes, hitting him on the shoulder. "Ey, compa, if I catch you staring at my girl like that again, I'm going to throw more than just a bottle."

"Sorry! It's just..." Sad Eyes stammered, still flustered.

Oscar rolled his eyes and turned to me. "Elly, why are you torturing Sad Eyes like that? You should wear something a little less revealing."

I realized what he meant, stood up, and pulled the shirt down as much as I could to cover myself. "First of all, I'm an independent woman who can wear whatever I please. I won't let any guy dictate what I should wear or how I act."

"Glad to hear it, but how about you go change anyway?" he said with a playful smirk.

"Only because I want to, not because you told me to," I shot back, grinning and heading towards the bedroom to get changed.

Oscar chuckled and patted Sad Eyes on the shoulder. "Women," he said, shaking his head.

"Shouldn't you be getting ready for the Quinceañera of this little friend of yours anyway?" he called after me.

"Oh shoot, I totally forgot about that!" I exclaimed, rushing to the bedroom.

When I got there, Amelie was already dressed and looking stunning. I was taken aback.
