A couple days passed and eventually we found ourselves back in our luxuriously modern school hallways at Julliard. As I was preparing to head out to the lawn behind campus, I noticed that there were a lot of students surrounding the principal's office trying to take a peak inside. I got closer and saw Tori, Robbie and Beck looking in too.
"Guys, what's going on?" I asked, glancing at the doors as well, but I could not see a thing.
"Apparently, one of our acting professors got really, really sick, so that's our new sub in there." Beck pointed out with a smile.
"That's what this is all about?" I asked in disbelief.
"Yep. We couldn't see who it was, but it must be someone really important if everyone's acting like this." Robbie responded.
"I'm still curious, though." Tori shrugged.
"Oh, really?" I asked with a smirk, mocking her with the classic transatlantic accent I always teased her with.
"I don't talk like that, J--"
"He's coming out!" One of the students yelled out, causing distress and the rest of the people to scatter not too far as to see who is our substitute professor.
"Well, you seem great. Glad to have you on board, Mister..?"
"Oh, it's Sikowitz."
"Sikowitz?!" The three of us were in shock seeing our high school teacher in this prestigious fine arts school with his usual hobo-like attire with no shoes and holding a coconut.
"Ah! Children! I'm so glad to see your faces!" He yelped in joy before taking a sip from his coconut.
This is like school all over again...

"Wait, Sikowitz is here?!" Andre asked hesitantly.
"Yeah, he's here. Barefoot and everything." Beck confirmed, picking at his food.
"It's true. I passed by him in the hallway, at first I didn't recognise him, but as soon as I saw that bald spot, I knew it was him!" Cat giggled.
"I can't believe it, I can't wait to see that loon later." Andre chuckled, taking a sip from his soda.
"Guys, Caleb just called and he wants me to go up to his family's house in Albany with him for the weekend!" Tori sang on her way to our table with a huge smile on her face.
"That's great! How's it going with you two?" Beck asked, playfully nudging her.
"Stop, it's going great! A bit, too great. He's really nice and I'm excited that we are getting to spend time alone." She shrugged, taking our her lunchbox from her bag.
"What do you mean?" Robbie asked.
"Well.. He's just been really busy because he's got this musical coming up and there's this whole ass choreography that he still isn't done practicing and we haven't been able to sit down and do stuff."
"Yeah, right." I snort, taking a sip of my coffee.
"What's that supposed to mean?" She asked angrily.
"Sarcasm, Vega. Wherever we go and your Caleb is there, the only thing you guys do is suck each other's faces off. No hate, he seems cool, but you can't really say you've not been doing stuff." I winked.
"Wait! Tori, my Halloween party is this weekend, will you not be coming?" Cat asked sadly.
"No, of course I'll be there, Cat. Listen, I'll just convince Caleb we do it next weekend then. " Tori nodded with a smile.

We got to our next class and took our seats. The door busted open with Sikowitz speed-walking to the center of the room.
"Hello, class! Sorry, I'm late. I've just been given a dollar out on the street by my colleague then had an interesting conversation about gardening." Sikowitz chuckled before placing his bag on the floor.
"So, you can call me Sikowitz. I'll be temporarily filling in for your previous professor and we can now get this show on the road."
"Hold on! Sikowitz, how are you here? Who's at Hollywood Arts?" Tori asked, looking very confused at the situation.
"Yeah, we're happy to have you here, but how?" Andre chimed in.
"Oh, don't worry. I've let Helen know that I was needed here temporarily and so they have a temp for me and I'm temping for someone else. " The crazy man responded as he looked through his bag for something.
"Okay. Fair enough. So, what are we learning about today?" Beck asked.
"Gimme a second, Beck. I'm trying to look for my dang coconut." He mumbled before a knock emitted from the door.
"Sorry for the interruption, Mister Sikowitz, but we found a coconut just outside your door on the floor?" A student held up a brown, fuzzy coconut.
"Ah! Thank you! I was looking for that." Sikowitz quickly grabbed the coconut and came back to the front of the class before drilling a hole using an electric drill he brought in his bag. "Sorry, kids. Coconut milk gives me visions. Anyway, today I will help you with method acting! I know some of you have had experience and others haven't. So, method acting.." Sikowitz ran up to the board and wrote the information up on there.
"Is basically when an actor does all that is needed to become the character so they can better portray the character on television or theatre." He explained. I just groaned at this because knowing Sikowitz, there was always something weird following up right after.
"To kick this first lesson with me into high-gear, I have made cards with your character's information and how I want you to fully embrace method acting by talking like them, taking up their name and life story and putting them into your real life. At the end of the week, I'd like you to talk about your experience with method acting by putting it into an essay and then act out the script I will be giving you now."
"So, like a small play?" Robbie asked.
"Indeedio, little one!"
"Indeedio?" I asked, furrowing my brows as the cringe ate at me from the inside.
"No need to be a gank, Jade. Although, Hollywood Arts has been different without you." He then smiled, looking off into the distance at the potentially quiet school that I used to go to.
"Anyway, here are your parts. Embrace them, learn them. And I shall see if you've fully taken on the method acting process seriously! Or it is game over." He shrugged before sipping on his coconut.
We all got our own cards from a box and a script and I sat back down to my seat and read my card.
"My character, Jake Peters is the husband of Beth Peters?" I asked, getting massive deja vu from the whole sushi date fiasco with Tori.
"Indeed. So, you'd have to hang around whoever plays Beth Peters and safely act as a couple for the next four days to understand the characters." Sikowitz nodded with a devilish grin.
"Why are you--?" I turned to see Tori staring wide-eyed at me before slowly turning her card towards me to show me she was playing Beth Peters.
"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" I roared, getting up from my seat and scaring my surrounding classmates off their chairs.
"As I've said, my box has spoken." He laughed.
"Well, this is an awkward taco." Cat murmured before giggling loudly.
"It's awko-taco, Cat." Tori whispered.

The day ended and as the gang and I waited outside the campus, we spotted Sikowitz exit the building as well.
"Hold up, Sikowitz?" Tori called out. The almost- balding teacher turned around before flashing a smile once we realized it was us.
"What's up, children?" He asked, clasping his hands together.
"We got an email from this lady and we were wondering if you knew anything about it? We couldn't make another connection fit so we figured it must've been you." Beck explained before showing him the email we all got from Veronica Welsh of Meta Management.
"Oh, Roni! Yes, we had gotten together for lunch and I happened to mention you guys. She was so astounded and told me she wanted to reach out to you. I told her you all moved here for school, and it was just perfect since she has an office here, too. She used to be my girlfriend, until we split up because of different interests." He shrugged.
"Different interests?" I asked, slinging my bag over my shoulder.
"Well.. She broke up with me and started dating a motorhead.. A-Anyway!" Sikowitz continued despite his cheeks turning as red as tomato."You should definitely reach out to her!"
