Xero

There's something I know about Hyein that she herself doesn't even know. As I'm standing over her as she throws up into the toilet, it has become obvious to me. She's pregnant and it's my fault.

It's my fault that she's spending her time at her wedding reception throwing up. As soon as they brought the dinner out, she got sick. I followed her into the bathroom and I've been holding her hair up.

Hyein stood up and wiped her mouth off. She looked down at her dress. "Do I have anything on me, Xero?" She asked. I shook my head no.

I put my hands on her shoulders. "You look beautiful Hyein, but I have a question for you." We met eyes and that's how I knew she was really listening.

"Have you been getting sick a lot like you have just now? Have you been sore at all?" Her eyes darted back and forth. "I-I haven't been keeping track. I mean, I'm in pain every now and then and I've gotten sick every now and then, but it's nothing that won't go away."

I shook my head and let go of her. "Hyein, have you gone to the hospital? This could be a serious illness." She looked at me for a few seconds then started laughing.

I raised my brows at her. "What's so funny?" I asked. She stopped laughing and smiled at me. "What's so funny? Haven't you noticed that my tics have completely disappeared? Why would I go to the hospital when I'm perfectly healthy? Sure I feel sore every now and then and I get sick in the morning and when I smell bad food, but what's the worst possibility?"

I stared at her for a little longer. She narrowed her eyes at me. "Wait, you don't think I'm pregnant do you?" I looked at the ground and took a deep breath.

She walked over to me and smacked me across the face. "I was a virgin until the day of my wedding day. There's no possibility of me being pregnant. You're horrible." She walked out of the bathroom and left me standing there.

I sighed and waited a few moments before going back out.

So it really is my baby. Kidoh didn't have sex with her until today before the wedding reception. I'm the biological father of my older brothers step son.

I walked over to the sink and splashed some water in my face. I looked at myself in the mirror for a long time. "You're not going to tell them, Xero." I said to myself.

Someone suddenly walked into the bathroom. "You aren't going to tell them what, Uncle Xero?" I spun around quickly and my eyes met with Yano.

I spun back around and wiped the water off my face. Then I spun back around. "I'm not going to tell them . . ." I didn't know what to say.

His stare hardened. "I know that you came home drunk that one day with Aunt Hyein. I know what you two did and I know that she's pregnant." I felt as if I had the wind knocked out of me.

Yano leaned against one of the bathroom stalls. "You're right. You're not going to tell anyone that she's pregnant. If she thinks she has a weird flue, then she has a weird flue."

"That's my baby though. What am I supposed to do when they find out? They'll know it's not Kidoh's."

"Easy. You keep quiet about it. You're not going to ruin his family anymore than it already is, got it?"

I was getting angry with this kid. First, he thinks he can talk down to me when I'm older than him and second, he thinks he knows everything. If I hadn't know who he was for the past few months, I would've beat the crap out of him.

"Go home, Xero." Yano commanded me.

That was the last straw. I ran at the boy and gripped his shirt, lifting him off the floor. His hands moved to his shirt, trying to make me lose my grip. I looked him in the eyes.

"I am older than you. You respect me. I live with you and take care of you. Learn some respect."

He spat in my face. I wiped my face off with my other hand. Then I punched Yano in the gut. I dropped the boy on the ground and walked to the door. "See you at home."

Then I left.

Well, well, well.. Is anyone happy with this sudden situation? I'm trying to think of ship names for Kidoh and Hyein and Xero and Hyein.

I don't know why I just thought that I wanted some ship names for the characters 😜
