The next day, as I was about to enter the classroom for an English class, Peter called my name.

"What's up?"

"About yesterday, I ... I don't want to lie to you, but I can't tell you and I trust you and we've become really good friends. Please don't force me to lie to you."

"That's okay."

Peter put his arm around my shoulder and we went to class. The lesson was almost over when the loudspeakers rang:

"Since there were several explosions nearby, all students gather in the sports hall immediately, please!"

Everyone got up and left the room, I turned around and caught Peter how he tried to sneak away in the other direction. I followed him and got to him just in time before he could leave. I held him by the arm, looked into his eyes and said:

"Peter, don't go out there!"

He looked at me a little shocked and unsure.

"W-how?" He stammered.

"I know it ... don't worry, I won't tell anyone."

He smiled and turned around, he ran out of the building and at the last second, he turned to me again.

"Thanks!" He shouted to me and was gone.

I didn't want him to go. I didn't want him to put himself in any further danger. There were people like Iron-Man who could take care of such dangerous things. The whole school was in the gym, all the teachers and all the students. Ned came to me and sat down next to me.

"Hey, where did you leave Peter, you were together before?" He whispered.

"Away, he's gone." I replied.

He looked puzzled.
"How gone, where to?"

"I don't know."

That was a lie, of course I knew where he was. MJ joined us.

"Hey, what's there to whisper?" She asked curiously.

Ned answered her: “Peter is gone.”

“And? Is that something new? He's been disappearing all the time lately.", she replied with a laugh.

Flash passed us by. “Well, where did you leave your little loser friend Parker? Doesn't he dare to come near me anymore?” He laughed.

Flash got so on my nerves with his disgusting manner. I couldn't just watch again.

"What do you want? Isn't it enough for you to just insult and humiliate others?!”

He raised his fist.

"Hey, come down!", Ned tried to defuse the situation.

"What are you getting involved, fat bug?", Flash yelled, pushing me aside and punching Ned.

While swinging back, he hit me twice in the face with his elbow when I tried to stop him. After a few blows, he stopped and walked away as if nothing had happened. But at least he hadn't really hurt Ned. MJ got up, looked at my face, and tried to see if I was seriously injured.

“Are you okay?”

“Yes, it's okay.”

Because of all the explosions, we weren't allowed to leave school until late afternoon. When we were finally allowed to leave, I left the gym as quickly as possible and looked for Peter. Maybe he had come back, but I couldn't see him anywhere. On my way home I kept trying to call him, but he didn't answer. Even after I got home, I kept trying to reach him.

It was already 6:00 p.m. and Peter hadn't called in yet, I just decided to go to his house, maybe he was there. Halfway my cell phone vibrated, it was a message from Peter:

“I need your help. I'm in the little alley next to the house. Please!"

I answered him quickly: "I'm almost there!"

His message sounded urgent, but I was relieved, that he wasn't dead. I hurried, I wanted to see him as soon as possible. When I reached the small alley, Peter stepped out from behind a container. He looked very weak and really bad. We ran towards each other and the second we got there he fell to the ground. Since I was standing right in front of him, I could at least catch him to some extent and lay him down.

"Oh Peter, what ... what happened?"

It was obvious that he was in great pain. Peter held his hand against his stomach and ribs in pain. I carefully took his hand, placed it next to his torso and pulled his shirt up a little. Peter's body was covered in bruises and abrasions. It was terrifying and every time I touched him tentatively, he winced in pain.

“We have to go to the hospital, Peter! You may also have internal injuries!”

“No, no, that doesn't work, they ask too many questions! We have to go to Tony Stark!”, he brought out tormented.

"Tony Stark, the Iron-Man Tony Stark?"

"Yeah, it's not too far.", he said, trying to get up.

I knew there was no point trying to stop him. He just needed my help now, so I helped him up and supported him. If he hadn't leaned on me, he would hardly have been able to take a step at all.
We had already come several streets, but then Peter suddenly fell to the ground next to me. He could hardly keep his eyes open. I dragged him into a narrow niche where I could sit next to him.

"Peter! Peter please, you have to stay awake!"

He held out his cell phone to me and just breathed "Happy" before he passed out.

"Peter!"

I tried to shake him awake, but it didn't help, I felt tears running down my face. His cell phone ... I grabbed his cell phone and found someone named Happy in his contacts. I just hoped that's what he meant and called that person.

"Happy here, what's up, Peter?"

I sobbed into the phone. “I ... I'm a friend of Peter. He's pretty badly injured. We were just on the way to Tony Stark!"

“Stay where you are, I'll come for you! Where are you?”

After I had told the man where we were, I took care of Peter again. I placed his head on my lap and just hoped that Happy would show up as soon as possible.
