first birthday

Age: turning 1

Today was your first birthday. Brendon and Sarah have planned everything! They decided to have a floral theme. On the way to the party, you took your daily nap. Brendon, Sarah and the band decided to came early to help out and while someone watches you. You were still in pajamas still cause they didn't want anything on ur birthday clothes. Luckily they brought ur diaper bag to change you as well. As everyone worked on everything, Nicole decided to watch you, Mike started grilling food, Sarah and Brendon did decorations. You and Nicole get along but you were getting hungry, needed a change and wanted Brendon. You started to cry on her lap. Nicole rocks you back and forth, "hey its okie y/n/n. They'll be done soon."

You get off her lap, walk over to there, you start and loose balance and falla onto the ground. Everyone gasped as you start to cry loudly, Brendon running over to you, holds you, "poor baby it's okiee."
Sarah runs over to Brendon to check on you, looks at you, "Oh noo she's got a booboo poor baby."

Brendon hands you to Sarah, getting first aid kit. You scream cry as he cleans up your bleeding knee. After that was all done, he puts a cute hello kitty bandaid on your booboo. "There you did so good," holds you as you sniffle. He sits down, trying to show you all the decorations. You smiled, seeing the big arch they had. They had a floral arch with balloons and fake butterflies on it and of course they added the one balloon. They grabbed the highchair and the one sign to put on it. Brendon was really excited for it. His parents were coming and you had a surprise for you.

"Dada," you say happily and giggly.

Brendon grabs ur birthday outfit and diaper bag to the bathroom. Puts down changing table, lays you down. Changes you into a new diaper, goes back inside the gym. The place was actually the church you go to but they let you have her party in their gym. Brendon makes a quick bottle as his parents come at the door. He opens the door for them, his mom and dad hug him and then they spotted you. "She's beautiful b," she smiles and waves but you hide in his neck. He laughs slightly, rubs ur back "she's just a little shy."

"That's alright its good seeing her," she says as putting up ur present.
He puts a bib on you and starts feeding you your bottle. You enjoyed every suckle, hungrily. Sarah smiles, seeing you enjoying ur bottle in ur daddy's arms. They both kiss and look back at you. "I'll change her clothes after you're done," sarah said.

After you burped and had your bottle, Sarah changed you into a one onesie with a pastel rainbow skirt and a flower headband. Sarah sets you down with the decorations as the photographer starts taking photos. Dallon comes in with a gift, breezy and the kids. They both talked while the kids played with you. Everyone started coming in saying hi to you and having a good time. You walked around looking for brendon, you couldn't find him anywhere but you found dallon so you walk over without falling and give him grabby hands. "Hi y/n/n. Are you having fun," he says, sitting you on his lap.

"Dada," you asked so he can maybe find him for you.

Dallon was confused for a minute but he might've knew what you were saying, "Can't find daddy?"

You nod. Dallon gets up, holds you as he looks around for Brendon. Dallon finds him, walking over to him, "I think someone was trying to look for you."

Brendon smiles as you do grabby hands, holds you, "you missed me huh?"

You nod as you lay ur head on his chest. He slightly laughs, "we're about to do cake soon!"

You clapped, excitedly. Sarah came over, "ready to do cake?"

You do grabby hands to her as she holds you. She sits you in ur highchair, puts tray on top getting ur little cake settled. You coo excitedly, kicking ur legs. "We're about to cake everyone!!," Sarah yells. Brendon grabs the mini cake of yours, puts the candle on it, lighting it up. Everyone starts singing happy birthday and you mainly focused the way brendon was singing it. You really admired his singing. You squealed in happiness at the end and Brendon helped you blow out your candle. Everyone clapped and said yay! He sets it down on ur highchair and you start eating. Licking the frosting on your hand, the photographer, Brendon and Sarah kept taking pictures while you were enjoying your cake. You grab a pieve and started eating it, getting icing on your clothes. Luckily Sarah brought you an extra outfit for presents. Your face was covered in cake. You giggled cause you liked being messy and you started playing with your cake. Brendom goes to do the surprise ready. Sarah gets you out of your highchair and you start smearing cake you had on your hands giggling. "You silly baby getting mommy dirty," lays you down, starts cleaning you up.

Changes your diaper and puts you in a black onesie with frillies at the sleeves and a headband bow to go along with it. Right on time, you see a stuffed bear standing across from you. You really didn't have a reaction at first. "What's that princess," Sarah asks.

You babble like you were talking to her. Everyone awwed and laughed at your reaction. Sarah put you down, you walk slowly,  falls on your bum, giggling at the bear. He starts dancing and acting silly, you just had a giggle fit. Walks up to you, tickling you. Sarah takes pics while everyone laughs and awwed. As the bear holds you, you play with his nose, giggling. "How about you sit on Mr. Bear's lap while you open your presents," Sarah asked.

You clapped and smiled. Everyone gathers around, sits on teddys lap. Starts opening up presents one by one, smiling and getting hyper at every present you got. "Everyone can go ahead and eat," Sarah yelled. Mostly everyone went to grab food. You were getting hungry. After teddy takes his head off, you turned around and your eyes lit up seeing Brendon, "Dada Dadaa!!"

Brendon hugged you tightly and kisses all over face as you did a giggle fit, Sarah smiled recording that. As she stopped, "come you two, go get some food."

Brendon stands up, holding you, grabbing you both some food. Brendon sets down the food, grabs the highchair, sitting it between brendon and Nicole. Brendon puts a bib on you as he sets your plate down in front of you. You eat with your hands, trying to not make a mess on your clothes. You were really having a good time with everyone but you also wanted to go home, watch a movie, and cuddle until you fell asleep.

30 mins later...

Everyone had left home and cleaned up everything. Brendon put you in your carset while sarah was getting presents in the trunk. They get in the car and drive on home. As you guys get home, brendon grabs your new toys and puts them inside, sarah getting you out of the car, holding you as she goes inside the house. She grabs one of the things from the presents, lays you on the couch, changing your diaper, putting you in pajamas. You guys both head upstairs, brendon and sarah change into pajamas. Brendon comes out, seeing you giving you grabby hands.

Brendon lays down, cuddles you in his arms. You yawned big, rubbing your eyes. Brendon smiles, laughs slightly, "I think someone partied too hard."

You fell asleep in his arms as soon as Sarah was done getting ready for bed.
She smiles, petting your hair, "seems like she had fun."

Sarah opens up her phone and shows Brendon the video of him in that bear outfit. He starts smiling and laughing. He thought he wouldn't even be alive at his age. He gets teary eyes, wiping them, "she's growing too fast."

Sarah and Brendon kiss, brendon gets up slowly, holding you. He places a paci in your mouth, lays you in your crib, covers you up and kisses your forehead. "Goodnight birthday girl. I love you so much," he whispers, turns on night light and closes the door softly.
