Shuichi and Rantaro leave Maki's Lab.
"He really is hiding something,huh?"
Rantaro mutters.
"Yeah.I told you and it seems he wont talk about it anytime soon either."
Shuichi sighs.
"True.We shouldnt just drop it but...we shouldnt interogate him either..."
Rantaro says,he seems really stressed about the whole thing but he's still keeping his cool.He wants to help Kokichi no matter what...
"Hey...Saihara-Kun?"
"Huh?Whats wrong?"
"Mind...hanging out with Kokichi alone today?"
"Uhm...why?"
"I...wanna think about some stuff and have a chat with someone who recently barged into my private life.So...keep him busy for the day."
Rantaro explains.
Shuichi was abit skeptical.
He didnt want to be alone with Kokichi but he wanted to at the same time.
"Sure.I'll do t-that for you.Leave it to me."
Shuichi agrees.
"Thanks alot,Saihara-Kun.I can trust you with everything.Really,thank you."
Rantaro smiles happily.
Shuichi returns the smile but a pit of guilt was rising in his stomach.
This was the guy he was going to steal Kokichi from?
How ruthless....but still worth it,I guess.
"I'll see you later today hopefully.Bye."
Rantaro waves as he walks away.Soon,he was out of sight.
Now,Shuichi was alone.Well...kind of alone.
Before he could move away from Maki's Lab door,he heard her door open again.
He turns around and sees Kokichi exiting her door.
Too late to run away now.
"Shuichi.Good,youre still here."
Kokichi says,relieved.
"R-Right.What do you need?"
Shuichi asks,trying to end this conversation quickly.
"I wanted to say a proper 'thank you' for not telling Haruka or Ryo anything.Where's Rantaro?I wanna thank him too."
Kokichi explains.
"He's gonna be busy...so its just you and I today..."
Shuichi informs.
Kokichi looks at Shuichi abit confused,but shrugs.
"Well,hopefully he takes long."
Kokichi lowers his head slightly,a faint blush going across his face.
"Huh?W-Why?"
"Well...because I'd like to be alone with you for abit."
Kokichi faintly smiles.
Shuichi pauses for second,then a noticable,bright blush rushes all across his face,a deep crimson colour.
"W-Wh-Why a-are y-yo-you s-sa-sa-saying that f-fo-for??"
Shuichi stutters,an utter blushing mess.
"Sorry.I didnt mean to say that."
Kokichi's face turns emotionless again but the blush on his face remains.
"I-Its okay!I was just caught o-off guard..."
Shuichi laughs nervously.
"What...do you want to do today?"
Kokichi changes the subject.
