Chapter 6,"The...Library?"

"Huh?"

Kokichi tilts his head,abit confused by Shuichi's words.
Shuichi thought he would change his words abit.

"C-Can you be a-at a distance to where we a-arent to-touching eachother??"

Shuichi whispers angrily.
Kokichi thinks for a minute.
He nods,and gets off of Shuichi,ending up sitting at the side of Shuichi's bedsheet.

"S-So,do you feel better?"

Shuichi asks,still alittle flushed.
Kokichi nods.

"Yes.Thank you."

Kokichi smiles faintly,an expression he learnt with the help of Rantaro Amami.

"Yeah,no problem.G-Go back to bed now."

Shuichi sighs quietly.
Kokichi slightly frowns.

"B-But its still dark."

Kokichi's voice shakes with nervousness.
Shuichi didnt know what to do.

"Uhm...how about you w-wake Amami-Kun ne-next time youre scared."

Shuichi suggests,alittle hostility in his tone.
Kokichi's face quickly goes blank,like he never thought of doing that.

"Oh.Okay."

Kokichi slightly bows as he agrees with the suggested idea.
Shuichi just sighs.

"Now,go back to b-bed,okay?"

Shuichi says.
Kokichi nods,stands to his feet and quietly walks back over to his bedsheet next to Rantaro.

Shuichi quietly groans as he sinks back under the covers,his face flushed.

There's no way im getting to sleep now...

Shuichi says to himself in defeat.
With his mind running wild,Shuichi ended up staying awake,but two hours before the sun came up,Shuichi finally fell asleep again.

After what feels for afew seconds,Shuichi is awoken by chatter all around him.
He didnt open his eyes,he was too lazy but it sounded like alot of people were awake and talking.

Shuichi felt...alittle warm.
Like,warmer than usual.
Too warm for just being under some bed covers.
Shuichi was still too lazy and tired to open his eyes and check.

"Mmmmh...."

Shuichi softly gorans in uncomfort.
All chatter immediately ceased and everything went quiet.
He wasnt usually irritable in the morning but he felt abit stressed that his body temperature was higher than he liked.

He decided to wait to see if the extra heat would go away so he could return to sleep,but nope,it just got warmer.
Shuichi was full on annoyed at this point.
He thought he was coming down with a fever again but....he didnt feel sick.

Eventually,Shuichi slowly opens his eyes.His eyes met with the ceiling of the gym.
Shuichi rubs his eyes,his body still feeling abit heavy.

He sits up with a yawn.
As his eyes ajust,he realizes that afew people are awake and the rest are still asleep.

After his eyes ajusts,he realizes that Kaede,Kirumi,Maki and Kiibo were up already and they were all staring at Shuichi.

"O-Oh uhm...good....morning..."

Shuichi smiles,alittle nervous that everyone was staring at him.

"G-Good morning Saihara-Kun!How'd you sleep?"

Kaede asks,a excited smile on her face.
Shuichi shrugs.

"Didnt get much sleep...and I feel really sluggish right now..."
