NIGHT 10"Is it 10, yet?"
Sadie's face scrunched up into the cutest smirk and she leaned up to kiss me again, her soft, plump lips blessing mine once again.
"Soon enough, sir. Now, get outta here."
She then sent me on my way, smacking my ass as she pushed me out of the door. I gave her a playfully warning look as she closed her door and when I turned to head for my room, I stopped, frozen in my tracks.
"So much for 'not feeling good.' Dude... it all makes sense now. Winston's always in our room playing video games with Luke. You're never actually out skating, are you? You're always sneaking around with her."
His accusation fell off his lips as he pointed down the hall behind me, towards Sadie's door and a smirk found its way onto his face.
"Oh, this is good."
"Dude. Shut up."
His chuckling continued as he began to walk past me, towards his room.
"Just wait until Jay hears about this."
I took a step back, blocking his way as I got in his face.
"Just keep your fucking mouth shut, okay?"
"What was it that Jay said? You remember, right? Calvary is his band and anyone in it is replaceable. I'm pretty sure bassists aren't that hard to find."
The giddy grin on his face made me want to crack him, but he was right. That's exactly what Jay said could happen to anyone who touched Sadie.
"Ryder, I swear to God--"
"What? What are you gonna do? I've got you by the balls harder than your little girlfriend does."
"Look, man. It's not even like that!"
I whisper-yelled, hoping no one in their rooms could hear us.
"Oh, it's not? Alright... prove it."
I grimaced in confusion and shook my head at Ryder.
"What are you talking about?"
"The next time we all go out... you gotta hook up with someone else."
He couldn't be serious.
"What?!"
"What's the problem? If 'it's not like that' then it shouldn't be a problem. And if you don't...Jay finds out what's up with you and his sister."
If looks could kill, at that moment, Ryder would be on his way to the nearest morgue. All I wanted to do was rip his head off and somehow wipe that stupid smirk off his face.
He continued on his way towards his room, yelling out over his shoulder.
"Have a good night, Noah."
I walked back to my room and collapsed back on the bed. A few minutes later, Winston returned, telling me everyone was slowly staggering back to the hotel.
I rolled my eyes and huffed, laying back as my mind drifted.
I'm fucked.
