"We'll be back later, guys. We're going out for lunch!"

I was trying my best to hide my excitement as Noah and I headed for the door of the greenroom.

"Food? I'm down to eat."

We both looked back at Luke, who stood and was begging to stretch and reach for his hat.

"Dude, when are you not hungry? No, alright? This is a date for just me and my girl."

Luke eyed us both standing there in black and lifted an eyebrow in delight.

"A date where? The morgue."

"Dude, shut up."

I smiled when Noah yanked me back a little, leaving a kiss on the back of my head, before his hands were on my hips, rushing me out of the greenroom.

"Wear protection!"

I rolled my eyes at Luke's comment, ignoring him as Noah and I walked out to the carport.

Our driver had just pulled up and after hopping into the back seat of the SUV, Noah grabbed my hand, lacing our fingers together before kissing the back of said hand.

"You ready?"

I smiled and bit my lip, nodding as we began towards our destination.

"Hell yeah!"

I was on top of the world; Noah had just told me that he loved me too, and I didn't think anything could make the moment any better.

"Marry me?"

I dropped my head and giggled a little, always tickled by Noah's playfulness, and this was no different... until something happened.

I felt my heart rate begin to spike, when he released my hand, stuffing it into his front pocket before pulling out a gorgeously simple, sapphire ring.

"Noah, I--"

"Sades, look

"Sades, look... There's only one thing I need for the rest of my life. My person. You. You once told me that you were tired of waiting for me to pick you, and, baby, when you said that, it was burned into my brain. Let me spend the rest of my life showing you that you are my only option. It's you or nothing, Sades. Marry me?"

Tears were in my eyes as Noah began to slip the ring onto my finger.

"This ring was my grandma's. Before she passed away last year, she kinda called me out on my shit."

When I looked up, Noah was staring at the ring, now on my finger; he sniffled a bit as a small smile broke out onto his face.

"She told me I needed to stop being a butain dyn."

"A what?"

"It's Welsh for manwhore."

I smirked a little and internally thanked his grandmother for knocking some sense into him.

"She gave me this and told me to find the girl who deserved it. She always knew you were out there, Sades. And when you walked in that day, I finally knew exactly what she was talking about."

His eyes caught mine a second later and I could see all of the love and vulnerability coursing through him as his chin trembled.

"Please, Sades... be my wife?"

"Pierce! Fox!"

I could practically hear my heart beating after our names were called. Noah and I both stood from our seats and after I smoothed out my black skater dress, Noah pulled me in, smirking as he looked down at my lips.

I straightened out the collar on Noah's black button-up with a smirk on my face, tilting my head back before I stood on the tips of my toes.

"One more kiss? Pwease? I'm about to be someone's wife."

He chuckled and threw his head back before looking back down at me, leaning down to satisfy my request.

"Let's go future wifey."
