Chapter 27: On his wedding day

Aizaia Yzabelle's POV

"Aizaia, are you sure that you'll come with me back to Bethony? I can't assure you that your life won't be in danger, the sucurity is tight." Florian reminded.

I took a deep breath, it's now or never. This is my last chance to see my friends one last time since Shaniel is here, meaning I can go back to my world.

I nod. "Yes, I'm sure Florian. I want also want to talk to Renee, Fanya, and Dein to apologize for the trouble I've caused and thank them for everything, for the happy memories that I will treasure forever. I'll take the risk." I undoubtely said.

"Okay then, isasama kita... pero Aizaia pano si Zyair? He might be looking for you as of this moment, hindi ka man lang nakapag paalam sakanya for sure he's worried." Florian said with a worried look.

Hala, oo nga pala hindi ako nakapag paalam kay Zyair. Pero wala na kaming oras eh.

"Do we still have time?" I asked at tumango naman ito.

"Hmmm meron pa naman, pero kailangan nating bilisan kase may oras ang pagpasok natin sa venue." Ani niya at tumango naman ako.

Babalik sana kami sa cottage nang may marinig kaming mga hakbang.

"Shit! Nandito nanaman sila!" Natataranta niyang sabi.

"Aizaia, magtago ka muna, ako nang bahala." Sabi niya at tumango naman ako kahit hindi ko alam kung ano bang nangyayari.

Umakyat ulit ako sa puno at nagtago sa sanga nito. I still wonder why it's so easy for me to climb a tree, hindi kaya may lahing unggoy ako? Wag naman sana.

"Princess Florian, you're here again. What brings you here? You should be preparing for Zirah and Dein's wedding." Sabi ni...

Chief Benedict?

What is he doing here? Are they lokking for me and Zyair? He should be on our side since he is Zyair's assistant.

"Bakit? Ikaw ba ang may ari ng gubat? Ikaw lang ba ay may karapatang tumambay dito Chief Benedict?" Sagot ni Florian.

I couldn't help but to face palm. Tsk napaka pilosopo talaga si Florian!

"Bakit po kayo nandito?" Florian asked.

"Nakahanap kami ng lead. We saw Zyair's horse roaming around the forest. Prince Zyair and Princess Shaniel must be here somewhere, for sure they have not gone far yet." He said at napalunok nalang ako.

"Oh okay, I'll be going Chief Benedict, see you at the wedding!" Florian greeted chearfully and Chief Benedict left with his three soldiers.

Florian gave me a signal that there gone and I immidiately climbed down to the tree.

"Aizaia. I don't think we can go to the cottage in particular that Chief Benedicts is right around the corner. Looking for the both of you." She said.

She's right. Hindi imposible na makita ulit kami ni Chief Benedict lalo na wala naman kami sa protective barrier.

Napahinga nalang ako nang malalim. "Alright, we should be going. I just hope Zyair won't go somewhere dahil baka siya naman ang mahuli." Ani ko at pumasok na kami sa karwahe ni Florian.

I'll miss riding here, this would probably be my last experience riding a carriage from the royal family... alanganaman pumunta pa ako sa United Kingdom at sugurin si Queen Elizabeth para lang makasakay sa karwahe nila diba?

I wore my red cape and just stared at the window.

"Aizaia, you okie?" Florian asked. I looked at her.
