Behind the pictures

Chapter 2

Middle of the night:

I was awaked to glass shattering downstairs i got up out of my bed and walked slowly into the hallway and checked on my little brother and saw him awake sitting up with a terrified look on his face I walked over to his bed and he whispered to me " mar who's down their" I responded with " no one buddy just go into my room and lock the door and watch some Disney alright bubba" so he got up grabbed his blanket and walked into my room and locked it and I heard the avengers and that's when I walked downstairs and said " dad!" And then he said slurring his words and then he grabbed another bottle of vodka and walked out the door and left me the mess to clean.I picked up the shards of glass on the floor and threw them away then grabbed all the bottles that were still their shockingly and put them in the top cupboard and locked the door with a key only I have a cleaned the rest of the mess. After I finished cleaning the entire mess I walked back upstairs and it was around 4:00 in the morning so I didn't even try to go back to bed I just went straight into the bathroom and took a shower before school,when I had gotten out of the shower I put on a pair of black leggings and a white tank top and just left my hair down and left a little earlier so I could get a coffee before school. I posted an Instagram picture to my Insta and captioned it " nothing like a coffee before school" and some people commented
" always wearing amazing clothes and smiling!" . I knew deep down that the picture wasn't realistic but I wanted everyone to think my life was perfect and I've been able to keep my reputation like that. I went thru the whole day at school without any problems other then being pushed down the stairs by one of the girls but I obviously didn't fight her about anything because it isn't worth it. By the end of the day I was exhausted from not sleeping the night before so i was so done with school but I got into the car and drove to Dylan's school to go pick him up since school was over for him as well. When I got their I got out and walked into the school and walked to his class and when he saw me he was so exited and ran up to so I picked him up and said bye to his teacher and we walked out.when we arrived home he ran into the house first and started his marvel movie he was watching yesterday I was still outside getting the groceries from the car when I went inside I see him sitting on the couch watching " the avengers" the first movie I had told him they were gonna start doing the age of ultron soon and he was over the moon exited I let him watch the movie for a while before telling him to turn it off and get to doing his homework so I could start on dinner. I was going to make chicken with oven roasted veggies but then I went with regular just steamed veggies and some steak. After dinner was over I sent Dylan to get into the bath and then into bed and he did exactly what I said and then after I cleaned the house he was in bed and I could finally get so sleep after the terrible night I had.
