jay snuggled into the arms of Fejiro who was sleeping calmly beside her. The cold that morning was heightened due to the rain that fell the previous night. Fejiro smiled at the sudden warmth, using his arms to pull her even closer to him. His eye lids gently opened as he admired the beauty beside him. He never imagined this day would ever come. To say he was happy was an understatement; he was super excited.

"My baby wants some cuddling." Fejiro teased, placing a peck on her forehead.

Ajay's eyes fluttered open immediately and her lips bent in a frown, "Who is your baby?"

Fejiro pretended to search for something, "I can't find any other person in.in this room o so I don't understand this your question."

"Biko o, I'm nobody's baby."

Fejiro feigned hurt as he moved his body away from hers, "Seriously Ajay? I thought you agreed to be my baby already."

Ajay sat up, placing her right hand on her chest, "Me? When? No o, nothing like that happened." She joked.

Fejiro's face turned serious as he held her hands with his, staring lovingly at her "Ajay, I don't know if this is too soon, but please be my girlfriend."

Ajay stared back innocently, "Don't you think we're going too fast?"

"Life is too short to take things slowly." Fejiro smirked.

Ajay laughed almost loudly, "I've definitely not heard that version before."

"I don teach u that o.one na. So what do you say? Yes?"

Ajay only laughed harder, "You're already giving yourself an answer." Fejiro only squeezed her hands tighter, waiting for her answer.

"Okayyyy... Fine! I'll date you." Fejiro was about to say something but Ajay placed a finger on his lips, "But..... I don't want people knowing about it for now. So no PDA for now."

Honestly, Fejiro was a bit sad. But he accepted her conditions anyways. After all, he knew he was not worthy to even stand with her.....yet! He took a good look at her smiling to himself.

At least I'll be able to hold her close, he thought excitedly and pulled her into his embrace.

When he beat it up, he deep inside that kitty cat......🎶 Ajay's phone rang out from the vanity table beside Ajay's bed.

"Don't worry, I...I'll get it." Fejiro offered, and reached out to get the phone. He handed it over to Ajay and she picked the call. It was Zara.

"Zara baby..." Ajay hyped excitedly.

"Ajay adult...." Came Zara's no so romantic reply.

Ajay rolled her eyes, "Nawa for you o. You can't even be romantic for once in your life."

"Close your mouth johh. Have you completed all your one night stand escapades?... Because I'm coming home tomorrow o."
