ALTERNATE ENDING|CHAPTER 32

We make our way back to the cave, but someone stopped us before we head in
"Sabrina, stop,
Whatever you do, don't give him that silver" I looked up to see a cloaked being, with a familiar voice

Sabrina speaks up first "what? Why? Who are you?"
I look at the cloaked figure again, and answer for her

"Sabrina, it's you"
The other Sabrina speaks up "and I've had a very long day, so bear with me, that's not Judas in the wall
It's caliban in a glamour"

I feel my face heat as she says this, caliban was going to cheat?

"And the second you hand him that silver, he'll win everything, Eden becomes a demon and he traps you down here forever," the other Sabrina looks to me

I... became a demon?
I look at her and open my mouth

"But how do you know that?" My Sabrina speaks, but I'm the one who answers
"Because it happened all before" I look towards the other Sabrina, brows furrowed in sadness

"I go with him, and I leave you?" Sabrina nods and I close my eyes
How disappointing of me
I feel myself shiver at the idea of what I had become, was I the same? Had the same deformations of asmodeus happen to me?

My Sabrina is the one to answer next "well then how did I get out?" And the other Sabrina smirks

"Uh, a friend helped me out, and I was supposed to do the same thing for her to keep the time loop going"

I speak first "should you guys like, merge them? Isn't this extremely dangerous?" And both sabrinas turn to me, the other Sabrina grabs my hand

"I realized something, after all of this, I just want to go home to my family, but you..." she turns to my Sabrina
"You still want to rule"

Sabrina replies "I kinda do, is that bad?"
The other Sabrina replies "no. It's perfect, because I want to be a teenager"

I speak up "sabrinas, are you saying what I think you're saying?" And they both nod to me

The other Sabrina replies "so, what do you say we do both?"

-SKIP-

We walked in the cave, the other Sabrina had already gone home as I walked with my Sabrina, I felt a sharp pain in my shoulder, I tried to ignore as I moved, it felt familiar
But that'd be impossible

"Judas, I have your pieces of silver" I hear Sabrina as she steps closer, me not far behind just in case

"Did you get them, all?" I hear caliban reply
It made me ill to think how okay he was with cheating, and o was unsure if I was okay to go through with this still
But I had to

"Yes, I counted them" is all she says
"Let me feel the weight of them in my hands one last time"

I see Sabrina go to give him them, and I tense up for fear she would actually hand them to him

But she stops before it reaches his hand
"Nice try, caliban
But I'm not an idiot, you're wearing a glamour and I won't make the same mistake twice"
I step up by Sabrina as caliban removes his glamour, his eyes staring into my own

"How did you know?"
Sabrina retaliates "because I'm one step ahead of you and twice the monarch you could ever be, you won't be getting out of there any time soon" I see her turn as I look at him, but I call out to her

I look back to see Sabrina getting ready to leave, but I call her back

She looks at me confused
"What's wrong Eden?"

After this the pain in my shoulder returns, I feel my two wings slowly start to fall out, I look at them, beautiful iridescent light took over from their white shade, I gasped gently, in the corner of my eye I could see my hair fall back to its natural white shade and I smile in glee, happy to see the familiarity from it but I realized what this meant
I fulfilled my purpose
And it was time to go home
I look at her sadly, so many words yet not enough time, I can feel tears stream down my face
"Sabrina, it's time" I walk to her slowly and I hold her hands, sucking in a deep breath again

"It's time for me to go
I won't ever see you again"
She scoffs "of course you will, you're my guardian angel" I breathe in deep
"Sabrina, you don't need me anymore, I've done all I can to protect you
You've become queen, you have hell to reside over, I have nothing left to do"
She shakes her head slightly
"Well then You can visit-"
I cut her off in a hug
"You need to be human now Sabrina, and I need to go home, be strong for me, and know that I am always here, I love you" I feel a small tear fall down my face
Goodbye Sabrina

I turn to caliban, still stuck in stone as I kiss his forehead
"It's been fun my prince"
I look at him seeing him struggle hard, trying to get out of the stone, but to no avail

"This isn't fair, Eden
I love you please
Let me hold you one last time"

I close my eyes, trying hard not to break down
He loves me

"I love you too
But it's time to move on, maybe in another life it worked out
But goodbye"

And I walked away not looking back

-TIME SKIP-
I don't know how long I'd walked
How long it took for the walls to break down, for it to get cooler and lighter rather than dim and hot in hell
But I kept walking, until I heard a voice
"Eden"
The voice rang through the place I was in, but at the same time there was nothing, like a voice in my head
"Welcome home"

I walked further, trying to reach out to the voice, I recognized it
It had been with me this whole time
"Hello, father"
Silence rang through again, I gulped and spoke up again
"I'm sorry"
"No need to apologize, you did everything you were meant to do
You protected her, and now she's safe"
"Despite some unexpected occurrences"
I gulped hard again, and slumpt to the floor

"I fell in love"
Without missing a beat, I heard him reply
"I know,
But it's time for you to come home"

I start to walk again, soft pictures coming into view as familiar views came to me, but I had one last question

"Will I see them again?"
And that, was the one question He couldn't answer
But I kept walking and didn't look back
I'll see you soon
