A recorder was place on the steel table in front of Grace. Her emerald orbs looked to the small plastic recorder before her orbs glanced over to the scientist sat opposite her, his thick black glasses showed off his horrible bug eyes, she wanted nothing more than to snap his neck like a tooth pick in that moment. But with wolfsbane pulsing through her body, it made it impossible for her to even try break the chains that held her to the chair.

What did these men want? Where was she and what was going on?
"Why don't you tell us about how you became a wolf?" He questioned as he rubbed his nose with the back of his sleeve before picking up a pen, Grace grimaced at the action, why were humans such dirty creatures?

"Why don't you go burn in hell.." She hissed at him as she tugged on the chains, causing the chair to jolt, the human jumped and rose from his seat in fear, a dry laugh escaped the cracked lips of the hybrid "Too scared of the big B A D wolf?" She questioned "Well you should be.." She uttered.

Sighing and looking around the room, Grace looked to the guards who had their guns drawn and pointing at her, clearly her little movement had made them jump too. Of course it did, their racing hearts were the only thing filling her ears right now. Their blood raced through the thin meat sack they called a body, it made her hungry, a burning thirst in her throat that was almost crippling her, her oxygen supply felt low as her own blood was destroying the last human blood that was pumping through her small toned frame.

"C'mon Grace, you tell us what we want and we can get you fed.." The scientist stated, his voice was shaken as he sat down and looked through those awful smudged and scratched glasses.

Sighing Grace tilted her head back to look to the ceiling before she strained her neck left and right, the joints popped and cracked before she looked to him. "Fine.."

"It was just before my 27th birthday .." She murmured as she looked down to her dirty hands, 'God' she thought ' I need a damn shower..' She added before looking over to him "My father had decided to take the day off from training us. Which meant I had an extra day to tend to my fresh wounds on my back.." She cleared her throat a little, the abuse she suffered was still a sensitive subject to her. "Me and my partner at the time, Alexander.. We had decided to go for a walk.." She added before looking at the chains and relaxed her grasp.

"We began to argue, I didn't want to shift, it meant taking the life of an innocent and I didn't want that.. He /wanted/ me to do it so we could finally have our own litter and start a new clan away from my father.. From his temper.." She closed her eyes "I don't know what happened next, it's all blank. All I remember is pushing Alexander to get off me when he grabbed me.. I turned to see he was laid on the floor.." She whispered before focusing her emerald orbs on the recorder in front of her.

"He had a broken tree branch sticking out of his chest, it had pierced through his heart..-" She paused as she felt the burning lump in her throat as the tears had built up "There was so much blood.." She whispered "I tried to help him. I screamed for help.. But when someone finally came? He was already dead. And I was holding him, sobbing and soaked in his blood.." She looked over to the guards who now had their guns put away and she could see the colour change on their faces, they looked pale and almost sick.

"The full moon was that night.. As my punishment? I had to endure my shift alone. We had a ritual that an Elder would help a new wolf shift. But not me.. I had no idea what was happening, my bones were snapping, my joints were breaking and it felt like a huge weight was crushing my body while it felt like my insides were fire.." She frowned as she looked at the chains again. Grace's strength was now growing, the wolfsbane was wearing off. "But when I was changed? I felt free, strong.. Beautiful.. But most of all?" She paused.

Suddenly in a huge burst of energy, Grace had snapped the chains off the chair, she wrapped it around both guards necks before yanking it towards her, a loud sickening crunch came from their necks as they snapped effortlessly. She blurred to the scientist, she kicked the side of his leg, snapping his knee from the joint as she grasped his dark hair "I felt unstoppable.." She whispered in his ear before lunging and biting into his neck.

Her teeth tore through the thick muscles and cartilage while his blood splattered across the wall and her body, hungrily Grace latched on as she began to feast of his body. It didn't take long for his struggles to become weaker and weaker with his heartbeat fading and soon he was dead. Dropping his body, Grace looked at the corpses before searching all three for a key to get out and she took the guns from the guards, clearly these were weapons for whatever time she was in now.

"No one will know this.." She swiped the recorder from the table, pulling out the small tape she crushed it in her grasp before breaking the recorder and left the crumbs on the floor before making her way out of the door and to her freedom, to a new world that was awaiting for her.
