No one spoke for a long time. It was not meant to happen this way.

Dammit...!

Oh my God...! I ruined it again.

Shit shit shit...!

"Jackson? "

I whispered into the phone.

I heard nothing.

"Hello....! "

I looked at the screen. The line got disconnected because of a poor connection. I started biting my nails trying to call her and say what happened. But the stupid place was hell with no mobile tower nearby.

"Dammit... ! Come on... Come on... Come on. "

No luck.

I threw the phone on my bed and hurried out of my room aiming towards the devil himself.

Not going near him, my foot.

I kicked the door open and he got startled.

"Jesus...! "

He clutched the book he was reading close to his chest exclaiming. I smirked inwardly that I had some effect on him somehow.

"The hell, Glory...! "

"Yeah, I want to send you to hell. "

He sighed putting the book down on his lap before folding his hands behind his head getting ready to listen.

"What did I do now? "

"He knows that we kissed. "

"He, who? "

He asked frowning.

"Jackson."

I said and he raised his brows in amusement.

"Great, he has a secret camera over you? "

"No...! He was with Bradley when I called her. "

I said and he huffed

"Why do you girls have to always share everything with someone? Can't you keep a little secret to yourself? "

I frowned.

"That was not supposed to be a secret that I can't tell my best friend. "

"Still enough to not telling your boyfriend? "

He asked and I rolled my eyes.

"He's no more my boyfriend. "

"You broke up? "

He asked and I stayed silent and looked away.

"What did he say? "

"He couldn't. The call got disconnected because of a poor connection. "

I said almost yelling and he frowned carefully meaning to convey to me to lower my voice. Then he smiled sweetly and spoke.

"What can I do for you princess? "

I grit my teeth at his carelessness.

"Get me, out of here. "

He rolled his eyes at me and said.

"Not happening. "

He said with a cold face returning to his book.

"Then talk to him yourself. "

"I don't call. "

I frowned.

"Why? "

"Doesn't matter. And why are you worried about him if he's nothing to you anymore? You tell me, why did you slap me back then? "
