(6)Secret Hideout kisses

Ej's POV

The truth is ever since opening night I've had a sorta soft spot for the curly headed Junior, who was still laying in my arms. It wasn't even 7 in the morning, but I use too getting up early. So trying my best not too make up the Ricky I slid out of his grasp, putting a pillow where I was, which he didn't seem too mind. Then looking around his room I realized that we had all fallen asleep here last night, and no one else was awake. Quietly I slipped of his room before heading down stair too find Ricky's dad already up, and making breakfast.  Not wanting too intrude I quietly headed towards the front door till I heard a voice call my name "Hey Ej, where are you going?" Quietly I walk back towards the kitchen too see Rickys dad looking at me with a smile. Then gesturing too the table we both sat down a he placed a plate of food in front of me. Thanking him I took the plate gratefully and began too eat the amazing food.

Not long after I had finished my breakfast I heard footsteps, and all of my friends came down the stairs together. Everyone that is, except Ricky. After sitting at the table and talking with everyone for a little I decided too check on Ricky. So excusing myself from the table I run up stairs and quietly enter the room too find Ricky sleeping exactly were I left him. Smiling I softly tried too shake him awake, which only caused him too move a bit in his sleep. "Ricky, hey wake up. Come on your dad made breakfast and everyone is waiting down stairs." Finally after a couple minutes of nagging he finally opened his eye, which instantly met mine. Nudging him I told him too wake up again, which only resulted in him rolling away from me  and and closing his eyes. Groaning I move closer too him and accidentally let my hand slide a-crossed his stomach, causing him too let out a slight giggle. Letting a devilish smile wash a-crossed my face I reach out again and tickled him slightly on his side, causing him too let out another giggle.

Now knowing what I was doing, I reach out tickle him at his sides making sure he couldn't get away. After a couple minutes of listening too him laugh as he fought too get away, I finally let him go as he sat there catching his breath, keeping the smile on his face. Finally I ask him If he's hungry which causes his smile to halter and nod hesitantly. Smiling I stand up and pull him off the bed, before heading down stairs pulling him along with me. Once we got down stairs he led me over too the table before filling up a plate with pancakes, eggs, and a bit of bacon. Once I got back too the table I set down the plate and a cup of orange juice in front of the skater. Then sitting down next too him I notice our friends, and his dad, all still sitting around the table still. Smiling I look back over at Ricky too see him eating small bites of his eggs and pancakes.

After eating about half on the plate he got up and threw the rest away before cleaning off his plate. Concerned I ask if he's okay, which he just nods and says he's not that hungry. Nodding I finish my breakfast quickly as he finished washing and clean the dishes in the sink. Once I finished my food I walked over and clean my plate off and put it in the dishwasher before playfully nudging Ricky. Surprised by my action he turned back towards me before playfully punching me in the shoulder before running away from me. Smirking I go after him, as he slips out the back door into his backyard. Laughing I follow him out picking up speed as I step outside.

Ricky's POV

Laughing I continue running around the yard as Ej follows trying too catch up too me, until I disappear from his view. Letting out a silent giggle I listen as he starts shifting through bushes until he starts walking farther away calling my name. You see when I was around 7 I wanted a place that I could hide away from people, which sorta became a club house that Big Red, Nini, and I would hangout in. Too this day, they are the only two other people who ever knew about our hideout, but I don't think they even remember it. So as I sat in the hideout I hear Ej's voice again calling my name, worry dripping off the words as he yells for me too come out. Smiling I crawl too the edge of the bushes and waited till he stopped right in front where I was. Smirking I grab his ankle causing him too scream, as I pull him down into the bushes.

As he sat up he looked at me shocked, as I tried my best too keep a straight face. Then I burst out laughing as he sat there looking at me. As my laughing subsides I notice that he is still making eye contact with me, then he starts too lean in, soon his lips capture mine. My eyes widen at first before I relaxed into the kiss, slowly closing my eyes like him, as he wrapped his arm around my head trying too deepen the kiss. I wanted the kiss too go on forever but I needed air, so slowly I pulled away catching my breathing as I opened my eyes too be met with sky blue eyes. Smiling he pecks me on the cheek, which causes my cheeks too become a light tint of pink before I smile at him. Quickly I stood up before offering him my hand which he grabs and allows me too pull him up.
