Raven stared out from the grid above L'Manberg. He could see people fighting against Withers, and he could see Dream, Phil, and Techno setting those Withers off. Raven didn't do anything. He was given instructions to remain inactive for the time being. Raven didn't have an opinion on his orders. Raven didn't have an opinion on anything anymore. The part of his brain that made opinions must have been broken or cut off from the rest of the brain. Raven would have been worried about that, but the part of his brain that processes emotions was broken, too. Most of his brain was probably broken, but Raven physically couldn't care about that. He didn't have the mental capacity to care about anything. He probably wasn't human anymore. He was a puppet. He was a husk that looked similar to a person that was alive a few weeks ago.

"Raven!" Someone yelled. Raven looked behind him in surprise. He didn't expect anyone to get to the grid. Instead of nobody, a brunette wearing a torn business suit with a burning green tie was standing there with soot covering his face and a Netherite sword dragged through hell in his hand. Raven stood onto his feet in one fluid motion. Raven summoned his sword 'Raven's Call' in his hands. The sword looked like a thin bird beak in design made out of a material that was darker purple then Netherite. Raven pointed the tip of his sword at the figure with a dark look underneath his mask.

"I don't know who you are, but I have reason to believe that you are my friend underneath that mask and cloak. I don't know what Dream did to you. I know that it was my fault. I never should have exiled you. I never should have let Dream keep you away from everywhere. I only meant for you to leave L'Manberg, but even that intent was wrong. I never should have done what I did. I need to see my friend's face, Raven, so that way I can apologize," The figure said. Raven knew who this was, but not because he remembered the person. Raven had been prepped about all the enemies that he would encounter. This was Tubbo Underscore, the third president of L'Manberg after Wilbur Soot and Jay Schlatt. Tubbo wasn't incredibly skilled at PvP, but he was incredibly intelligent with good potion making skills and an efficiency with Redstone. Raven had been told to be wary of Tubbo. Apparently, he was Raven's most dangerous opponent. Raven didn't know why. By all logic, he is more equipped than Tubbo. It must have something to do with Tubbo's delusions that Raven was his old friend. Raven knew how terrifying an insane man could be. The most dangerous enemy was the one who had nothing to lose.

Raven didn't respond. He strode towards Tubbo with a dark aura that implied death was approaching. Tubbo shuffled back with wary eyes, but he was scared enough to stop talking. "I know I hurt you. I let you suffer in isolation. I thought that you would be fine because you're Big Man TommyInnit! After seeing you fight in a war, after watching you sacrifice your disks for this country, I had this idea that nothing could break you. That idea was false. You are human. You are breakable. I should have known that with Wilbur gone, you weren't in the best mindset. That was my fault. But now that I know, we can get you help. I'm putting you in therapy since Puffy has opened an office. I won't abandon you. I'll stay with you because we're best friends, remember?"

Raven didn't know who 'TommyInnit' was, but Tubbo seemed pretty adamant that Raven was this Tommy. Raven let out a loose chuckle. It wasn't a humorous laugh or even a cynical one. Raven didn't know what emotion pushed him to chuckle. All he knew is that he had raised his sword above his head to swing down on Tubbo. The president summoned a shield in one hand that slammed against the sword. Raven pushed with all his might with the intent to snap the shield in half, but Tubbo darted to the side that way Raven stumbled forwards. Raven caught himself before he fell off the edge, turquoise eyes glaring at Tubbo.

"I don't want to fight you! Philza told me that Tommy is still in there. If you can hear me, Tommy, I want you to know that I'm here for you. I'm sorry that I wasn't before," Tubbo continued with his delusions that he was speaking with Tommy. Raven snarled in a festering emotion that he couldn't remember the name of. Dream had felt this way whenever Raven did something wrong. Dream would feel this emotion whenever Raven mentioned a cow named Henry or a colorful flag that blew in the wind. Why was Raven feeling this way? Why did he care if Tubbo was wrong about who Raven was?

Raven tackled Tubbo to the ground, the two rolling around the grid. Tubbo kicked Raven off him before rising to his feet. Tubbo looked at Raven with pure desperation. Raven was growing... angrier... by the minute. Raven tried to swing at Tubbo once more, but the president leaped across one line of the grid to the opposite side over a huge opening. Raven sighed at how foolish that was. Raven used his cloak to help him glide over to Tubbo. The brunette kept leaping away from Raven. Tubbo looked over his shoulder with a determined glint in his eyes. "Do you remember Henry? He was your pet cow, and you loved him more than anything. Do you remember the Drug Van? That was our home when we were nine up until we were eleven, and that was where Wilbur taught us all about life. Do you remember Wilbur? He was more than a brother to you. Wilbur was like your father, Tommy. He took care of you with a proud smile on his face. He went insane and started to hurt you. Do you remember that?"

Raven should have said 'no'. He shouldn't remember any of that because Raven never experienced that. Tommy had those memories. So, why did Raven recall curling up beside a warm cow with deep crimson eyes that would blink slowly? Why did he recall the bubbling of bright colored potion bottles? Why did Raven recall a beanie wearing brunette that would ruffle his hair with a bright smile and melodic voice? Why did he remember that same man toting TnT around with wild eyes that couldn't focus on anything other than fire for more than a few minutes?

"Do you remember Niki? Do you remember Jack? Do you remember Fundy? And Eret? What about Captain Puffy and Ranboo?" Tubbo kept talking even when Raven had stopped in his tracks. Raven could recall a pink haired girl with kind eyes pulling out fresh bread from the furnace while laughing merrily. He could recall a bald man with 3-D glasses that would leap around a campsite with him. He could recall an orange haired baby that grew up faster than he did who had a sly smile as he played pranks with him. He recalled sunglasses on a serene face standing in front of an explosion. He recalled a woman with wild curls with an adventurous glint in her eyes, and a two toned boy that seemed awkward and scared of the world.

"Do you remember me? My name is Tubbo. I'm your best friend. I have always been your partner in crime. We gave each other bandanas, and we each have a compass pointing to each other. I've known you since I was a little toddler. You would fight the people that bullied me, even though Wilbur would always scold you," Tubbo said, approaching Raven slowly. Raven had folded in on himself. He had his eyes covered, fingers pressing against the cold metal of his mask. Raven remembered a brunette sitting in a flower field, hand outstretched towards the bees that fluttered around with a low buzz. The brunette turned towards Raven with a soft smile across his face with beaming eyes. The brunette gave a pat to the space beside him in the grass. Raven sat down beside him with teary eyes. The brunette gave him a pat on the head. "Here you are. I've been waiting for you, Tommy."

Tommy. Raven stumbled to his feet. Tubbo fell back onto his butt as he watched the agitated Raven pace back and forth, hands on his mask. Raven gripped the edges of his mask. He yanked at the metal with all his strength. Pain blistered across his face as he pulled, but he didn't flinch or stop at the swelling that came. Raven kept pulling even when he felt the skin come off with the mask. As he threw the mask on the grid, his face was bleeding from several different spots. The blood dripped into his eyes, but he could finally see clearly. Tommy felt a laugh bubble in his stomach that rose all the way up his throat. Deranged giggles fell out of Tommy's lips. Tubbo stared at him with concern as Tommy turned to face the new guests.

"Fuck you, Dream! I'm not as easily manipulated as you would have liked, huh?" Tommy was able to get out before he passed out. He landed with his upper body leaning off the side, letting gravity drag him to the ground. Dream gave a sigh. Niki, Phil, and Techno had varying levels of fear or concern on their faces as they saw Tommy's fit of insanity. Dream grabbed onto Tommy and the mask. Before anyone could say something, Dream took one step off the grid. Tubbo gave a yell as he watched his friend fall. He should have expected Dream to have a trident, and known that the puddles under them should have been removed before he came to fight Raven. Now, his friend was gone again.
