Morning in New York.

Time to wake up from bad dreams, roll out of the beds we've made, and start making plans for a brighter future.

I just finished up my morning classes at Columbia and I'm walking through campus when someone runs into me causing me to drop my textbook to the ground and this person's ice coffee to go all over my shirt.

Sighing I look down at my now stained shirt and pick up my textbook.

This mystery person is apologizing profusely.

"Really it's fine." I say looking up at this person.

"Still, I'm so sorry. Look, I can run to the student union real fast and get you a new shirt so you don't have to go the rest of the day on campus in a coffee stained shirt." he says.

I laugh lightly.

"Don't worry about it, I was going home anyway. All of my classes for the day are over with." I tell him truthfully.

"Oh, okay. Good." he replies scratching the back of his neck "I'm Aiden Brookshere."

"London Kohler." I introduce myself by sticking my hand out for him to shake.

"I um know." he says nervously.

"Oh?" I reply with confusion clear in my voice.

"We have a class together, Intro to Ethics, that's how I know you." he explains.

"Oh. That would explain that." I smile at him.

"Well it was good getting to know you but I need to get going. Have a good one." I say starting to walk away.

"Yeah you too. I'm sorry, again." he calls after me.

Laughing I look back yelling "Stop apologizing. It's fine."

I went home to change quickly and then went to the Palace to see Chuck.

I open the door to his room to find Chuck at his table surrounded by documents.

 I kiss him.

"You are amazing." he smiles, kissing me back.

"But I have a really big meeting in a few hours."

"That's hours from now." I pout.

"Seriously. This is important. I need to keep my focus." Chuck tells me like I'm a child.

"It's with Shawn McPherson, I'm only gonna get one shot with him."

"Okay well let me help you." I tell him, sitting down to start reading over these documents with him.
