Gossip Girl here, welcoming you to the New Year.

When Manhattanites who flew south for the sun return to their Park Avenue perches.

Which means I have a lot of catching up to do.

Word is, Serena van der Woodsen tangoed in the New Year in the plazas of Buenos Aires.

Guess that means Lonely Boy was alone when the clock tolled twelve.

And what of Little J?

Rumor is she's trading runways for hallways.

So long high fashion, hello high school.

Blair Waldorf has been spotted making inroads at The Colony Club.

With high school nearing its end, has Queen B found a new social ladder to climb?

London Kohler hasn't left the hospital bed of her father's in a hot minute.

So the only real question remaining: Where in the world is Chuck Bass?

And is he ever coming back?

A Christmas miracle came to Lucy and me.

On Christmas my father was moved from the ICU Unit to a regular room.

He's still being monitored closely and is in a coma but the doctors have faith that he'll come out of it soon.

Lucy and I couldn't stop crying tears of joy when that happened and Blair, Nate, and Serena stopped by later on in the evening with some desserts to celebrate.

Serena and I ended up hashing it all out in the hallway and have now repaired our relationship.

They spent the remainder of the winter break doing their own things but I remained taking hospital shifts with Lucy.

As the Gossip Girl Blast mentioned Chuck has been MIA but Jack Bass gave me a rang early this morning saying he had found Chuck.

Now that Lucy was back for her shift I quickly left the hospital to go meet up with Jack.

Jack was probably one of my least favorite people in the entire world.

Like the rest of his family he was an arrogant, obnoxious, asshole however he seems to be ten times worse than Chuck and Bart.

He usually spends his time in Australia far away from us but with Bass Industries without a head he decided to return.

Luckily for me, dad had strict instructions that Connor, a loyal associate of my dad, would take over for him in case of an emergency until I turned the age of 21.

So there were no estranged crazy relatives coming to take over the company my dad worked so hard to build.

I exit out of the limo to come face to face with Jack outside a building.

 "Where's Chuck?" I question.

"In Bangkok. He was staying in our hotel over there. You heard of the term-" Jack starts but I interrupt growing impatient with his mind games already.

"Do you have him or not?" I ask.

Jack looks me up and down smirking, "You are so hot when you get mad."

Rolling my eyes he goes to his own limo door, opening it.

"Nephew of mine." he calls out.

Jack ends up having to lift Chuck out of the limo as it was clear he was still drunk from his late nights.
