Sara
As soon as we hopped on the van, Jessica and the kids fell right asleep. I can't help but look at the woman beside me and adore everything about her. Her physical features are just so perfect. He pointed but small nose... her soft pink lips... thin on the upper but full on the lower part. It's always so inviting no matter what that lip does. May it be smiling, talking, pouting, everything! And don't get me started with her bright ocean blue eyes. Her eyes are so powerful and expressive. One look and you know the emotions she has in her. When she's happy, her eyes shine the bluest of blue. When she's sad, it still looks ocean like but almost turning gray. Oh but when she's mad and is on fire, it turns dark. Really dark.
Don't even get me started with the rest of her body. She's so voluptuously delicious! She also knows how to move her body perfectly. She's really good with body language. And her butt! Oh that ass! It kills me every time. I cannot help but grab those damn ass all the time, sometimes forgetting if we are in public.
Oh don't get me wrong. I don't just love her because of her physical qualities. Those are just icing on top of a cake. If I were to write down all the adjectives from A to Z to describe her, no dictionary can sup it all up. She is all those and more. No words can even come close to describing Jessica. The love of my life. But what captures my heart the most is her love. She just gives and gives without asking for anything in return. She loves our children so much that any parent, mom or dad, would die to even come close to how she is with our children. Oh God, what have I done to deserve her but I am not complaining.
I looked away as I am already having the urge to take her here and now. So I took out the itinerary we have for the next part of our trip.
We got a package that would suite the children as this trip, at least this part, is for and all about them. For the first two days, we're doing Safari for Kids. We are staying at the Borana Lodge. This part is where they'd experience as if living in 'pride rock'. It will be like they are in The Lion King movie. It also has a pool where the kids can swim and at the same time see rhinos, elephants, hyenas and the like.
Day 3 and 4 will be the Family African Safari and we'll be staying at Sasaab. Here we'd be camping under the stars and we'd be able to track lions and meet Samburu warriors. We can also take a camel ride, biking adventures, hunting – all safe and available for kids of all ages! Perfect for our kids' age.
Day 5 and 6, we'd get to experience Africa's 'circle of life' while staying at Sala's Camp. This is located in the remote south of Masai Mara and we'd be experiencing lion's roar right from our tent. Sofia has been mimicking the lion sound since she and Luke watched it at the manor. She will definitely enjoy hearing it in real life.
Day 7 will just be an extra added day at the camp since we've already stayed at the manor, which was supposed to be the first day of this package.
                              Jessica
"Hi Honey..." I looked up to Sara as I awoke from a quick bump on the road. "Are we nearing the airport yet? I'm tired and I want to stretch my legs."
"Almost Baby, almost." Sara answered as she cupped my face and kissed me.
"The kids are both knocked out." I leaned over to give them a kiss on their foreheads and leaned back in Sara's arms, right above her chest.
"Yes they are. They would need all the rest they could get you know. The next seven days are jam packed with activities."
"Right. I'm sure Sofia will learn more animals' sounds from this part of the trip. Oh and the lion roar, oh she sound so adorable when she tries to mimic it. And Luke! He will see the animals he's been adoring in real life, out in the wild, and not just in photos, movies or in the zoo. Thank you Honey for this trip. I really appreciate it."
"Anything for you and the kids, Baby. That's how much I love you three." Sara said as she reached for her phone, receiving a message from me. I know because she has a different message and call tone for me. I did the same on my phone just so we know whose calling or texting.
"Don't read that Honey. I just sent that to you for you to have a copy and something to go back to if you want to. But here it is..." I started to sing to her, looking deep in her eyes.
🎶 I turn back the hands of time to see what I've left behind. All the memories within my heart and deep within my mind, I see all the hardships I've endured and I'm rest assured that you'll be there beside me like you've always been. Time and again and with all that's said and done, you've always been the one to hold me on those rainy days when I couldn't see the sun. And when all the clouds have disappeared and my skies are clear I feel your love shining down on me. Without your love where would I be? You were the one who wipes the tears from my eyes. It was your love that gave me life through my darkest times. You were the one, what you have given me I could never repay. All I can give to you is my love and embrace. Cause I live to see the smile upon your face, day by day. 🎶
Tears were rolling down my eyes while I was singing this to her. I don't know but I have full of emotions but I'm just lost for words. I continued to sob not realizing that she was crying s well as she pulled me closer to her chest and held me tight.
"I love you Sara and I.... I really don't know how I got to this point in my life but I am just as thankful and blessed that the universe has set our stars straight and brought us together."
"I love you more Jessica. And I am not even as half deserving for you but you still chose me. I know you had your doubts in the past but still, you gave us... gave me a chance. And I will do everything in my power, I will give my life to it, to make sure that you are loved, safe, and secured. I love you Baby."
Tears were still rolling down our eyes but we had to quickly wipe them away as we have arrived at the airport. Sara gave me a gentle kiss before we went down the van. Sara carried Luke as I carried Sofia in my arms. As soon as I did, I felt Sofia snuggle closer to my chest and I heard, for the first time, what I have been longing to hear. "Mommy..."
At that moment, I stopped in the middle of the airport, looked at my daughter, crying. "Oh Sofia, Baby, you just called me 'Mommy'... Oh can you say that again?"
"Mommy..." She looked at me smiling.
"Oh Baby I love you so much! I do I do!" I hugged her closer and showered her with kisses. Sofia's first word and she chose to say 'mommy'.
