Diets?

Tris POV

After meeting the rest of the crew. I head over to the gas station around the corner. Others would think I'm kinda crazy. I mean a lone girl walking in these parts of the city is kind of risky. It's as if I had a death wish. I'll be fine though. I think.

I walk inside the store and smile at the sells man. He doesn't give one in return. I shrug it off and walk over to the chips isle. I haven't eaten anything since breakfast. The reason I haven't eaten since then is because I was not hungry. The reason I was not hungry was because I was nervous.

I still can not believe what I just did. It seems like days ago yet it was just today. In the morning.

I scan the chips isle. Nothing looks appetizing. I mean I love chips but I'm not in the mood for Doritos or Lays. I look around and spot some sun chips. I go for them.

Yes, I love these. My eye then catches the one and only Chex Mix. I go for them and compare both bags in my hand.

"I have enough money...I'll get both" I hug them to myself and turn to see a man staring at me. He must think I'm crazy.

"Does that ever happen to you when you can't decide between two things?" He shakes his head. I smile.

"Well, you have a nice day" I say walking towards the register. I'm crazy.

I place the bags on the counter.

"Is this all for today?" He asks.

"Yes" I say taking out my wallet.

"So...you're not from around here are you?" He places my stuff into a bag.

"Is that obvious?" I ask

"A beautiful girl like you would be someone to remember...I don't remember you" I look into his eyes. Fear takes into me.

"Have you heard of the Factions?"

"Who hasn't" he says smiling at me. A smile one would run instantly from.

"I'm a new transfer in Dauntless...Zeke chose me out specifically"

"Well did he...he chose wisely then. I can see why" he eyes me up and down. He hands me my bag.

"Come back another time...maybe we can discuss more about what happens around there" he smiles. I nod and walk out. I walk fast and avoid running into other creepy men.

                      Step Up Divergent

I walk into Dauntless and surly everyone is still there. I go to my bedroom and place the sun chips in my bag. I take the Chex mix and open them. I walk outside and head towards the dance room.

I look around looking for someone. It isn't long till I realize I'm looking for Tobias.

"Hey Trissy" I turn around to look at Uriah.

"Don't ever call me that" I laugh. He looks down at my bag. His jaw falls open. "It's okay Uriah I will share" I laugh.

"Give me that now!" Everyone turns to look at us. I try not to laugh. Soon everyone stares at the bag of chips. It's as if they haven't seen chips in a long time.

Before I can even think I run towards the door. Everyone runs towards me. Is it true what they say in that Chex Mix commercial? Trade it with the boring potato bag.

I run around trying to escape them. My eyes catch the bleachers. I run towards them and climb all the way up. Good thing I learned how to climb with Caleb.

Tobias POV

I walk into the dance room to find. Everyone reaching towards the bleachers. I look up to see Tris. She seems to be fighting them off.

"What is wrong with you people!" She yells. I look at them in amusement.

"Hey!" They all turn to me "what is going on?"

"I thought you said we are all equal...Therefore Tris has to give up the bag" Uriah says. I turn around to see Zeke.

"What are you guys doing?" He says. I catch Tris with a bag of chips in her hands.

"She has a bag of chips" I tell Zeke.

"Oh" he says. I look at him. Did he seriously just say 'oh'? "Hold on chips? Where?" He looks at Tris.

"A little help here" she says.

"Alright guys separate...give her some room" I say. They all scatter.

"Back to practice everyone!" Zeke yells. He turns to look at me "bring the chips over here Four" he whispers and leaves. I laugh. I walk over to Tris.

"You need some help getting down?"

"Yes" she says. I pull her down and set her on the ground. "Thanks" she smooths down her shirt. I find myself staring at her waste. She looks good actually. She curves at just the right edges... Stop Tobias

"So what was happening?" I say.

"You tell me you're crew jumped me like crazy animals" I look at the bag.

"Did Zeke not tell you about the diets?" I ask.

"The what?!"

"We like for our crew to be healthy...that's why everyone attacked you"

"Are you calling me non healthy?" I laugh

"No one called you non healthy...it's just not in our plans for you to be eating those things"

"For your information I eat and workout the calories it contains"

"Well you're dauntless now so..." I take the bag from her "I'll take these and you go wait for me in your room"

"What?...these are healthy Tob-" I clear my throat.

"Four" I say.

"Four" she corrects herself.

"I don't care..." she fusses crossing her arms and staring at me. I open the bag and see a pretzel. I take it in my hand and eat it.

"I thought..."

"You thought." I say. I smirk and walk off.
