Tobias POV
"I don't know how long I can keep up with all these congratulations" Tris says beside me.
"It's amity" I look at her. Serious face.
"Can we..." she starts and smiles.
"Yeah" I look away a smile on my face.
"I want to change this dress is killing me"
"You look nice..."
"Right only because you're not the one in a wedding dress" I scowl.
"Who said tux were comfortable?" She picks at her tamale.
"I never said anything...I can't even eat comfortable" she sits straight and tries to scoot her chair closer. I roll my eyes and stand up. I scoot her in.
"Thanks" she mumbles.
"Can we have some fun...theres something bothering you isn't there?" I know exactly what she wants. She's waiting for me to ask her to dance but I won't do it.
"Clothes" she says.
"Right" I look away nodding my head. Uriah on cue raises his glass. He begins hitting it with a spoon. I'm afraid a little to hard. It breaks. I snort.
"Stop" Tris says hitting my shoulder. I look down to straighten myslef.
"So..." Zeke and Christina stand "all of you have obviously heard of the dauntless which" he clears his throat in an 'obviously way' "are obviously the best dance crew ever seen on earth"
"are we starting this again!" Eric stands up slamming the table. Tris grabs a hold of my arm. I hide my smile and pretend to be worried.
"I don't know guys I think candor should say who's the best...we are!" Mathew says. The rest of the crews step in. Yelling at one another. The factions are back.
"Can we all just stay in peace and stop" Susan stands.
"Uh...lets just all sit down" Robert says. Tris is about to stand but I stop her.
"They're about to start something" she says. I stare at her.
"It's okay" I say calmly.
The leaders move to the middle of the dance floor.
"We are so gonna beat your-"
"Oh yeah bring it on!" Zeke slides off his jacket so do the others. The music starts and the lights go out in the darkness. Shouting begins. I stand up.
