Tris POV

I slam the snooze button on my alarm clock. Why? My eyes open when the door opens. Kind of ironic?

"Tris!" I turn my head to look at Christina. She wears a shirt that shows her belly button and a pair of pajamas. I think she just woke up. She walks towards my bed and sits down.

"What are you doing in my bedroom on my bed?" I stare at her.

"Well...Zeke wants to talk to you" I stare at her for a few seconds. I grab the blanket and pull it over my head "oh come on Tris don't do this, he just wants to talk to us"

"Us?" I ask from under the covers.

"Um...well yea us...look what happened last night was wrong and so many people want to apologize for what went wrong"

"Christina, they basically humiliated me...no one's done that to me ever since"I hesitate "third grade"

"That's a record...but still just come on Tris!!" She pleads and pulls on the blanket.

"Christina let go!" She doesn't stop.

"It will be fun...please...Zeke has like this whole kind of jury thing and it's hilarious how people actually take this seriously" I uncover myself.

"A Jury? Are you kidding me" she shakes her head "I thought only erudite had courts"

"Well so do dauntless"

"Why would he want to take me to court? It's not like I'm doing anything wrong"

"He's following protocol...Amar likes things to be that way" I sit up.

"Amar? You mean the guy that runs the bar over at the beach?"

"The one and only" I laugh. A hysterical laugh.

"Wow...I would've never known he owns the factions" she doesn't seem to be laughing so I stop. Am I the only one who finds this hilarious? I mean the guys like in his 40's! Ugh.

"Anyway...are you coming"

"Of course I am...I just need to wash off this dye" I say picking at my hair.

"Ahh!! Lets dress you" she claps. I shake my head

Tobias POV

"Alright guys lets use serious argumentative writing" Fernando says. I think he should be been in Erudite. Uriah raises his hand.

"What's argument writing"

"Argumentative writing is wh-"

"Fernando please don't answer that...he's just trying to laugh at you" I say.

"No I'm not...I never finished high school am I right Zeke" Zeke shrugs it off.

"Whatever I'll just work on it" Marlene says grabbing a pile of papers "I'm going to need people to give me reasons why Tris should stay" several get up. I stare at Zeke.

"Why are you doing this again?...it isn't necessary if you're planning on keeping her Zeke"

"I know but I follow Amars rules"

"I thought you liked to break the rules" I laugh.

"Yeah, well I'm doing this cause I'm bored really and I'm testing them to see if they're smart or not" well that works too.

"So how's Shauna"

"Typical relationship problems"

"What'd you do this time?"
