You are in the middle of the pedestrian street of the main road. You see a lot of people crossing the street and you are standing there mindlessly.
The weather's gloomy and dark.
You look up to see the sky, disappointed that there is no sun. You look over to the tall building behind you, flashing a huge tv screen in public, featuring the most popular idol.
Im Nayeon.
"Today is June 19, 2021. Time check, 12:00PM. Nayeon will hold a concert at the arena tonight at 9 PM! Please do come! I wonder what she's going to show us? Buy ticket before you ran out," The MC says.
You stare intensely at the screen. And before you realized you had been drifted, a girl who is a friend of yours snaps you back to reality.
"Hey, don't just stand there. Keep walking,"
She is someone you know. Myoui Mina. Your childhood friend. She was very innocent, and small but she has grown up into a beautiful lady.
"Oh..." You look down. The two of you just went shopping. She held bags and you hold them for her.
"What are you thinking?" Mina asks, holding a plastic. Then you remembered what you were doing.
"I'm sorry. I just spaced out. So, where are we going next?" You finally get into your sense.
"I was just asking you whether you want to see Nayeon's concert or not," Mina asks and the two of you continued walking your way to your destination.
"I don't really feel like going though... I feel sick and tired," You say.
"That's too bad. Guess, I'll just go by myself," Mina sighs disappointingly, crossing her arms.
"Sorry," You felt really bad as you force a smile.
"It's fine. You've worked a lot lately. You need to rest," Mina encourages you.
"I'll just go straight home today. You can tell me what I missed tomorrow," You stretch your arms out and hands the bag over to her.
"Resting the entire day? All we did was just shopping and you're already tired," Mina says retrieves her two shopping bags in her hand.
"We share the same apartment after all. Don't worry about it. We can spend more a lot of time after I get better," You respond to her.
"I see. Then, we'll go eat in Ramen restaurant tomorrow," Mina smiles. "Rest well,"
"Yeah, enjoy your time in concert," You wave a hand.
That was indeed, unfortunate. You wanted to join the concert with Mina but your body says no.
After that moment, you headed directly to your apartment and had your keys ready. You enter your room and closes the door lightly.
You feel lazy taking your clothes off and went straight to your cozy bed. "So fluffy..."
Your eyes eventually close.
The next day. You and Mina hang out as usual and she invites you for another grocery again.
She has always loved to go outside and you don't mind accompanying her. When you and Mina walk down the stairs of your apartment you ask. "What happened last night?"
