Chapter 28: When The Evil Rises

It had gotten to be around moments since Sana claimed she's the Spirit wolf.
Chaeyoung, Mina, and Sana went ahead in the outside waiting for you to get ready.
"Don't worry, the Spirit wolf is not easy to go against it," Nayeon explains to ease you off.
"I'm a little troubled..."
"Oy! Lift your head! You can't survive in battle like that!" Jeongyeon lectures.
"I agree. I assumed your mind is full of several questions about the sister's relationship," Jihyo was right. She knows exactly what you were thinking.
You faux cry and clings, "Jeongyeon! You told me you can tell if someone is lying right?! You can read people's minds, right? Why don't you tell me just a little bit?"
"You're so curious huh..? Don't shake me!"
Jihyo attempted to cross only one arm in her body. "It's just as you heard, Sana lost her memories,"
"H-how did it lost?"
"I have something interesting to tell you. The blood of the Spirit wolf is what drives the Cult's desire to steal and inherit it," Nayeon mumbles. You've always wanted to hear her opinions about everything since she's the oldest woman in the world.
"Steal? Aren't Jackson Cult worshipping their Master?" You blink.
"500 years ago, Jackson told me that he had contributed the wolf tribe before the Spirit wolf was awoken. With all his strength he could bestow upon, he lends them powers," Nayeon explains.
"So... that means...?"
"Yeah, Jackson's untold story of his power is within the Spirit wolf's body,"
"Her body is amazing...! I feel strong! This is the blood of the Spirit wolf...!"
ーIs that why Ryujin possessed Mina? But... why didn't Ryujin possessed her in the woods? Is something holding her off?
"You seem to know something," Jihyo says.
"Nayeon... you told me you knew Mina... is it because of Sana?" You ask.
"That was when Sana still have memories,"
"I still have a lot of questions... but first what happened to her memories?"
Jeongyeon knew something, she looks down.
"Tell us, Jeongyeon," Jihyo spits and all eyes are laid on her. She's the only person who is capable of knowing lies.
"Rather than losing her memories... she fakes it for Mina's sake," She announces.
"Fake?! That means she didn't really forget Mina at all?"
"Mina may not realize it but she has the strongest blood of all the Spirits. Although, that wouldn't make her turn into a giant wolf like Sana does. Mina, who appears timid and weak doesn't understand her worth but even the Jackson Cult has no chance against her,"
ーBut Ryujin killed her that easily with her spikes... that was a waste of her to do that, wasn't it...?
"Really...? So, she's not a wolf then?"
"However, since the Spirit wolf had some sort of connection with Jackson. The cults can do possession on her body but... they will never get out of it," Nayeon announces.
You gasp. "Wh-what did you just say?!"
"Ah, that's right. I have a mission for you! You will go to Ilsun Village with us afterward,"
