(Y/n) POV~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Its really cold....i thought since the blizzard stopped i wouldn't have that much trouble..
"Its so close....i can see it.."
I mumble, walking across the snow, the blizzard stopped, but there's so much fucking snow...my legs hurt so badly.
I finally make it to a small home around the center of the Village, I close the door immediately, although it doesn't have a lock, im sure nothing can get in. I start limping towards the small bed...it even looks like a childs bed, maybe there was one living here before...this stuff.
"See? I-i told you...we're okay.."
I say, sitting Ben down on the bed, i don't take the coat off since the house has some broken parts, its still relatively cold.
"Now it'll be okay, I'll find Miranda tomorrow and get the cure for you...you'll be safe."
I say, sitting on the edge of the bed, his hair looks like there's grey strands now, like those monsters i saw chasing us at the start of the hell-like adventure here.
"...you look really bad, you almost look like...the monsters, I'm running out of time really quickly.."
I wince.
A sudden noise outside brings me out of focus, it sounds like...an animal? It sounds really familiar, and it sounds like.....

I finally make it to the village again, stepping on the disgusting land again, im not going to miss the smells when im back at umbrella...this Rabbit person should be at the castle, im nearly done.
"Canine? Any signal??"
I say into the com, nothing but static picks up...its like somethings completely covered the range for my com.
While i mess with the coms, a loud roar echoes through the area, i turn to where i heard it and see something in the distance...dozens on dozens of horrific things, its like they all were hiding and sprung out, they're coming from where i just left...
"Shit..!"
I growl, turning and running into the Village.
I hear them jumping on houses and gaining speed on me, i can't outrun these things...i'll hide in one of these houses, perfect!
"Canine isn't going to believe this..."
I mumble, running farther into the village.
Sprinting as fast as i can, i go near what i guess is the center of this hell hole, but i trip on something and fall on a tree, the branches breaking into the unprotected areas om my shoulders, scratching and tearing the skin under my suit.
"Shit!"
I wince, getting back up, something falls next to me...a grey skinned thing with grey hair, its white eyes peer into me like some sort of demon...fucking terrifying.
I pull my gun from its holster and shoot it square in the forehead, it drops and i waste no time in running again...at least they can die, that's an upside if I get caught between more.
I spot a small house that looks perfect, the door looks sturdy, so I run to it and slam myself into the door, it opens easily and I slam it back closed once im inside, leaning on the door.
"Fuck..."
I mumble, sighing in relief, but when I open my eyes, I raise my gun towards a person who's holding a piece of wood with nails beside the side of my head, but i quickly lower it when i realize its not one of those things.
Its a person...and there's a small child on the bed behind them...the person looks pale and weak, but the child...the child looks worse.
(Y/n) POV~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I keep the plank next to this persons head, its a man in what looks like charcoal black army armor, There's a red and white logo on his shoulder, the other shoulder looks like its bleeding.
"Who the hell are you?? Answer me!!"
I shout, pushing the plank, he raises his hands towards me. i back up, but i don't flinch...if i let my guard down, who knows what'll happen to me.
"Stand down civilian! Im part of an agency that's searching for a very dangerous being, I'm not here to hurt you!"
The soldier says.
"Fuck that! You need to get the hell out of here before i ram this wood into your teeth!"
I threaten.
A loud bang on the door makes us stop, it sounds like its banging repeatedly, trailing to the window. In a flash, something breaks the window open, i sprint to Ben and pick him up, and the soldier runs in front of us, brandishing his gun towards the window.
"Stay behind me! I'll keep you and your boy safe!"
The soldier says, i feel like a wave of frustration runs over me...this guy thinks he's some sort of knight??
A monster pops into the window, reaching its disgusting hands out for me and Ben, but its shot down quickly by the soldier, he grabs my board and hits its onto the window, using the end of his gun to beat the nails into the opening. After he's done with the nails, he turns to me and Ben.
"Listen, there are beasts waiting to eat all three of us."
The soldier says...he says this now? Really?
"No shit! They weren't around until you came over here! They were gone!"
I point out.
"Don't act angry, anger isn't going to solve this!"
The soldier says.
"Listen soldier boy, i need to get this kid out of this place and back to my world, you need to back the fuck up and let me walk out."
I growl, trying to sound serious...i want his gun though, but he already pointed that thing at me, im not testing this guy's patience.
"...your world? Are you not from here?"
He asks.
"Why do you ask? Did you expect to save some poor villager and their kid?"
I ask.
"...i'm looking for somebody, maybe you've seen them? They're repeatedly mentioned as Rabbit in notes by a person named Dimitrescu."
The soldier says.
...Rabbit? That's what Lady Dimitrescu called me when she was hunting me...that can't be a coincidence, but why is he looking for me..?
"That's...me. Lady Dimitrescu called me her Rabbit when she kept me in her castle..."
I say.
"...you look frail, how can you be...no, i know that code name is for who im looking for."
The soldier mumbles.
"What are you talking about..?"
I ask, he stays silent for a moment, before speaking up.
"I'm Chris Redfield, i was brought here to find you and take you out of the Village."
He explains....they actually sent somebody...
...is he serious? Is this the end of the nightmare?
