"Hyung-" Jungkook called as he was blindfolded while Jimin was the one who was leading him to the place where everything was set up for his birthday. After some time, he felt Jimin's hands unwrapping around his wrist as they seemed to enter some room or hall.
"Take off your blindfold," Jimin whispered into Jungkook's ear before jogging away from there.
A gasp and a giggle escaped from Jungkook as he took off his blindfold. His doe eyes slowly shaped into small crescent moons while a dazzling smile spread over his lips, matching with his outfit.
"Dad?" He uttered, lips parted in surprise while standing under the spotlight as his gaze went to the 'HAPPY 18 JK' written on the wall with neon lights. Bambi eyes sparkled under the spotlight as if the stars were generating from them.
Gaze immediately shifted towards the surface where his picture popped up - it was when he was only 18 months with his dads who were looking so young. It was the first time they met him while he was taking a nap. The transition replaced the picture with a video of him, running towards Yoongi who was looking at him with so much fondness and arms were open to embrace him. His smile didn't leave from his face as that video again replaced with another video of him on the beach wearing his cute sunflower sunglasses and making his sand castle with Hoseok while Yoongi was asking him how he was enjoying the day from behind the camera - he was only 7 years old there.
The entire video was about some precious moments with his dads where he smiled with them, got embarrassed by his dads who could never stop squealing over his small achievements, for instance when he did his first twirl in his ballet class to the day when his art got selected for a famous art exhibition. He also remembered how his dads invited Jimin and his family to their home when he announced Jimin as his bestest friend in the school.
They loved and embarrassed him with every opportunity they have gotten.
The remaining lights of the dark room switched on, followed by the Jungs who stepped forward and already had a big grin on their faces.
"Papa!"
Hoseok was engulfed in a big hug as soon as he stepped towards Jungkook. He didn't waste any time and wrapped his arms around him, cradling his body into his grip.
"Did you like it?" He asked, hands instinctively reached to pat Jungkook's head who was hugging him tightly.
"I loved it!" Jungkook began. "But why did you do this to me? I did my own eye makeup and I don't want to cry!"
Hoseok heard the complaint from Jungkook which made him smile widely.
"How are you doing, my little prince?" Yoongi asked as Jungkook was already his little Prince of their kingdom. Moreover, Jungkook dressed up like a prince which gives him a little touch up.
"Healthy and fine!"
Jungkook giggled, looking at his dad who was grinning back at him while his chin rested on his papa's shoulder. Hoseok pulled back from the hug and planted a kiss on his forehead.
