A series of laughter caught Taehyung's attention, halting his running thoughts and causing him to glance up from his paper works — a true hectic joining kindergarten after his small hiatus. Though he loves his job which makes it easier for him. He was happy when the parents greeted him along with his adorable students — who had missed him. He was glad to join his work again. 

"I heard the new barbecue place is a good one," 

"Not better than the one I know," 

He could hear his colleagues discussing an outgoing plan after work while he was drowning in the school paperwork. 

"Would you like to join us, Mr Kim?" He doesn't often go out to the hangout places with his colleagues as he always chooses to be professional or i-just-want-to-spend-time-with-myself even though he was known to be the most beloved teacher among students and teachers. He just loves to spend time by himself — one of the reasons why he doesn't have many friends. 

"Count me in," He replied smilingly. As he knew he does deserve a little break after everything. It's been days since he went out to hang out with someone and got wasted. And speaking of Jungkook, he hasn't seen him for days now although they were connected through texting. Without any shame, he could admit that he missed the younger one and everything between them. 

Unlabelled relationships are the worst, they said. And indeed they were. However, he was scared to talk about it, scared that it'd be the last conversation with the younger one before parting their ways. He doesn't want to end whatever they had — nor does he want to be a 'just good fuck'. 

"Would you date two people simultaneously if you could get away with it?" The sudden question snatched his attention towards the person sitting across from him, causing him to almost choke on his drink. 

Taehyung coughed out. "What?" Staring at Mr Kang, one of his newly joined colleagues in disbelief. 

"Just kidding, you were zoning out." 

"Oh, am I? I'm sorry, just the life and work stress," He excused himself for zoning out before a chuckle reached his ears as a response. The sudden commotion around them diverted his attention from Mr Kang to his other colleagues who were drunk and crying over their future plans. 

"Miss Lee really couldn't handle herself after drinking," Mr Kang spoke out, making Taehyung break into a smile as he could see the 'after drink situation' of Sunhi (Miss Lee) and how her boyfriend had wrapped his hands around her to prevent her falling from the seat. 

Taehyung wasn't drunk, just tipsy. 

"Mr Kang—" 

"Call me Hyeon, Mr Kim. We aren't in the school anymore," 

"Call me Taehyung then," They decided. As the more time he spends with them, Taehyung could find himself smiling, engaging with their conversation and socialising. They clinked the last shots of soju together and gulped down before walking out of the restaurant.

"So I was asking what do you like to do in your free time?" Hyeon asked, proffering a cigarette to Taehyung who declined by shaking his head while standing under the lamp post and watching his other colleagues leaving and crossing the roads. 

"Books," Taehyung replied without hesitation, averting his gaze upon the male before him. "Sometimes I paint in my free time or go out to different art galleries." He added, watching Hyeon lighting up his cigarette and inhaling the smoke.
