Lorcan: (telling Hugo what happened the previous week) Hailey got her period when Becca was away last week for the first time.
Hugo: Lorcan....
Lorcan: It's funny. She came downstairs and she goes "Uh, dad? Two things: No. 1, got my period. No. 2, don't wanna talk about it." and I was like "No. 1, great. No. 2, greater."
Hugo: (laughing) What?
Lorcan: She told me, "I'm heading to Sammy's, because she said she could help me."
Hugo: Ah, yes. I remember that.
Lorcan: I told her, I don't know if you heard about the new legislation that was just passed, but dad's can help out, too. They're letting us help our daughter's with their monthly bodily functions.
Hugo: Jeez, Lorcan.
Lorcan: So I said, "come upstairs." and we went upstairs and I opened Becca's side of our closet and in there was one box of all of the each.
Hugo: Huh?
Lorcan: Becca sent me out to get them. I had all of the kinds. All every box that they make. Or, at least that were at the store, because I got there and was like "Oh, that's different! Alright! Oh, that's different, too! And I got all of them.....
Lorcan: "That cost $217, Hailey." whatever you need for this is gonna be in here. Cause that is every kind. They don't make any more than that. If you need something that isn't in there, then you are gonna have to get Sammy's help.
