After searching around the city again for Jimmy and still not finding anything we returned to the apartment.
"We're back"I announced......there was no answer.
All of a sudden a lot of sound came from the bedroom.....kinda like a panic.
"Hello"? I called.
The door to the bedroom opened to Luke and Em.
"Hey"Em says.
"Hi........"
Ok this was weird.........Em and Luke what could they be........oh wait a minute.....ok I know what's going on.
"Ahhhhh.......so, it finally happened eh"? I said winking at Em.
They both went red.
Em shushed me off.
Calum,Ashton and Michael entered the apartment then, all out of breath from all of the running.
"Hi......any luck"? Luke asked them.
"No.....but we're not giving up yet"Calum said putting his arm around Jos shoulders.
"We are trying.......that's all we can do for now"I say.
"That's the best thing that you can do Jo, at least your looking for him..."Em comforts me.
"The connection just isn't there anymore......I can tell if he's dead or alive.......I'm loosing hope.......there's so many places he could be"I sigh.
"Exactly........then there's always the chance he's alive Jo"Em says to me.
Ashton took a look at the information paper on the table.
"Philadelphia is clear....."He reads the article.
"It's great isn't it"Em says joining Ash at the table.
"How"?
"Slayers......they've been recruiting Slayers for days and the first place they were sent to was Philadelphia.......they cleared the place in a day........"She explains to him
"Do you think that they would come to New York"? Calum asks her.
"I don't know......New York is a lot bigger than Philadelphia..........it would take a lot more back up to clear here"
"The size of the city shouldn't matter they are loosing their people here more than there......we should of been their first priority"Michaels voice speaks up.........he stands in the corner, arms crossed.
"That's true.....but, for now we're still in this dump"Ash says to him walking away from the paper and laying down on the coach on the coach.
"Well this mood suddenly turned depressing"I talk to myself "right I'm off to hit the hay"
"Goodnight"Calum says to me.
"I'll be up in a few minutes"Em says.
I nod and continue to the attic door and up the stairs................
