Prologue

Hey :)

Tomorrow Never Dies is above just cause I'm gonna put a song or photo on each part, a song that I think goes well with the chapter is Tomorrow Never Dies by 5SOS, cause it's cool and whenever I hear it, it makes me feel like it should be used in Divergent or The Hunger Games cause it has that dystopian feel to it.Hope you enjoy my book :)

Before it all began :

4th of May 1997 : A 3 year old girl is left in a car that has fallen off a cliff.

I was called the miracle child.....I was all over the news, they spoke of how I miraculously survived when both my mom and dad were killed.

I had no relatives....alive....so I was put into care....a couple fosterings here and there but I never really stopped being a care kid...

I remember the day the first disappearances took place.....I was 15 when a girl my age Gina Matthews went missing in New York.

Everyone thought it was a run away or a kidnapping....in truth no one knew what happened...they just said those things so they could hide the fact that they were clueless. Then another 9 were taken in New York....7 boys and 2 more girls all 15.

Then the police began to say that it was terrorists taking hostages for ransom...they would of been lucky if that had been the truth.....but no. 

400 15 year old boys and girls were taken over the space of that month all over the United States.

Then disappearances were reported all over North and South America....then Ireland and the Uk and all over Europe. After 3 months over 2.1 million were missing.....,6 million were taken all over Africa.Asia came next starting with over 2 million taken from India and finishing with 900,000 in Beijing China alone.Australia came last having 640,000 15 year olds taken from all over the continent and a further 18,000 in New Zealand.

For a while no more were taken.

One thing was known for sure..... that this was no accident...none of these were kidnapping or runaway cases, they weren't terrorist attacks.....this was something far worse.....at the time Vampires were only something in stories.

The truth was realised on September of that year when 3 of the teens from Beijing who had gone missing were found dead....in the Black Forrest Germany with two small holes in their necks....with not even a drop of blood left.

Scientists studied their bodies....finding that their eyes were a deep red colour....their skin had turned dramatically pale and that their teeth had grown long fangs about 2 inches in length, that could retract to and from their gums. Their hearts also seemed to have frozen, had become still and dead, if they had a beat at all it would have been far to slow to keep a mortal alive.

It was declared that this was the end result of a failed transformation process.

As much as they did not want to admit it, these teens must have died when being turned into vampires as they did not have the strength for the transformation.

Vampires were real. Scientists, the C.I.A...all of these secret organisations knew the truth and by them keeping it away from us millions of family's across the world are in despair.

For their mistake....we were now vulnerable and each day more and more teens are being taken.....one thing no one did understand was why all those gone missing were 15 year olds, all of them each one was 15.

That was where I came into the picture......

At first they took me because they beleived that I could be a vampire and that my immortality saved me all those years ago but when my results came out all clear....they didn't return me to the care home.

They took me to a secret facility....in Area 51 where under the ground there was a huge metal structure where they were training Slayers. 

I spent years there training....until I graduated at top of my class and was known around the world as one of the best Slayers there has ever been.
