Chapter 54 : The King

Michaels P.O.V

We were just in the living room together and all of a sudden she was there......while we were being transported.....it was so painful.....all I remember from it was our screams.......

When my eyes opened, we were all together standing in a circle around my father.

"Hello son"He says to me.

"Father...what are you doing"?

"To little time my son, for now your friends will be taken to their chambers"He answers me snapping his fingers.

I watch as men appear from behind them and roughly dragging them away.

"No"Ashton panics struggling.

"Let go of me" ! Jo shouts trying to fight back.

The man holding her puts his hand on her head.Jos eyes role over white and she falls to the ground her body shaking.

"They're warlocks"Ashton announces.

"What the hell have you done to her"! Calum roars at the warlock pushing the one holding him away from him.

The warlock doesn't answer he just laughs at it.

"Answer me"Calum screams at him.

"She wasn't gonna co-operate so I made her"The Warlock says grinning.

"You bastard"Calum shouts running at the Warlock and punching his face.

He responds by picking Calum up with one hand and slamming him down onto the floor.He roles across the room after the impact.

"Stupid boy, I knew that your kind were dumb but I didn't think that you would be this dumb"He mocks him.He pulls a knife from his sleeve and begins to approach where Calum lay.

"Maybe I can teach you how to obey"The warlock threatens Calum holding out the knife.

All of a sudden, Luke elbows the warlock holding him back in the nose breaking it.He then runs and throws the warlock into the wall behind him.He then takes the warlocks uniform collars in his hands and with all of his strength lift the warlock against the wall.The Warlock begins to laugh.

"Don't like it do you when I mess with your friends"?

Luke doesn't answer he just continues to stare at him in anger.

The warlocks eyes travel to Jo again.He whispers some kind of spell and her shaking gets worse, she begins to scream as we all hear her bones cracking.

"Stop"Luke yells louder than I've ever heard someone before.The warlock continues to hurt Jo.Luke suddenly begins to choke the warlock, not only choke but he begins to push both sides of his bone together.The warlock yelps.

"You are a despicable, sick and evil creature, honestly I think the best thing anyone could do for you right now is to put you down"Luke begins his voice strong with hate."your gonna quit torturing my friends, or I swear I'll brake your neck and rip your heart out"!

Jo stops screaming and her shaking stops.

"Thank you, i just thought that I'd show you how to obey"Luke joked loosing his grip on the warlock and letting him fall to the floor.

Before Luke could do anything else the warlock that he had broken the nose of hit him over the head with what looked like a bat.Luke falls to the ground next to the warlock he had fought.The warlock with the bat turned to father a smirk on his face.Father applauded him.The bat then disappeared as the warlock pulled Lujes body up from the ground and dragged him out followed by the three others who held Jo, Calum and Ashton.

"Dad......why are you doing this"?

"Your friends aren't like us Michael......they want the humans to live among us in peace.....they are traitors......to us....to our people"

"Dad the new borns are attacking everyone.....humans and vampires......"

"That is irrelevant, what matters is that we kill all humans....."

"Dad please don't do this.....leave my friends alone"

"No....they will be punished for what they have done"

"Dad no...."

"Oh yes Michael even your mate"

Suddenly the cloaked figure appeared again.Now she had Em with her.

"Sir this is the final one"Ths figure says.

"This one comes with me to the interrogation room"The king says.

"Dad don't hurt her please"I beg.

He refuses and pulls Em through a door at the back.

"Michael what the hell is happening"She shouts before the door slams shut........
