For you reading an earlier update! Enjoy :).

--------------------

“Angel, Celestine, wake up.” I say moving to their bed. “You have to shower and then we have to go to the airport. We’ll eat there.”

“Okay, papa.” Angel says.

We all finish getting ready and soon we are heading towards the airport. We check in and head to buy breakfast. Once we have it, we choose to head back to the waiting room.

“I really liked seeing Kyle.” Angel states.

I glance towards Xavier. He forces a smile.

“Me too.” Celestine says. “I like his friends too.”

“Yes, they’re nice.” Xavier says.

“When are we going to see Kyle again?” Angel asks.

“Maybe in the summer.” I say. “And besides we always talk on Skype and on the phone.” I remind him.

“I’ll miss him.”

“We’ll all miss him.” I say.

“I want to live near the beach, so that I can go swim whenever I want.” Celestine states.

“When you grow up, Celestine you can move to live near the beach.” Xavier says.

“Yes until then.” I say.

“How long until we get on the plane?” Angel asks.

“Hmm, maybe in an hour.” I say.

He nods and continues eating.

He leans on my side when he is done eating and Celestine leans on his side. I stare at them, they’re adorable. Celestine has become more outgoing. Angel is shy at first, but when he is comfortable he comes out of his shell and he is protective of those he cares. They’re both fierce and determined ones. How can Xavier think I would jeopardize what we have created together? Why would he even doubt my love for him?

“Cristian, can I have your trash?” Xavier asks snapping me out of my thoughts.

I nod and hand it to him. We haven’t really spoken; just enough so that the twins won’t notice. Did they? Did they sense something? Angel gave me a hug and a kiss earlier today.

“It’s time to board the plane, my babies.”

“Daddy, I’m not a baby.” Celestine states.

“Okay, little lady.” I say. “Give dad your hand.” I add as I grab my carry on.

“Daddy.” Angel says extending his hand to mine.

This time our flight home takes longer; the plane is making a stop before we arrive back on the east coast.

Oriel and Alex are waiting to pick us from the airport.

“Hey, everyone. How was the trip?” Oriel asks.

“Hello.” Alex greets us.

We return the greetings.

“It was fun.” I respond.

“It was good.” Xavier responds at the same time.

“So in sync.” Oriel teases. “So tell me how was Kyle and his friends?”

“They are doing well. Kara and Sarah make a good couple.”

“That’s great! We need to visit them.” Oriel tells Alex.
